"Refrigerator GRMS2773AF01. Customer stated that the refrigerator was not cooling. Verified that the refrigerator and freezer were at room temperature. Pulled refrigerator out and removed back panel. Noted that compressor was not running. Removed panels to access control board and verified 6 volts DC to inverter. Ohmed out compressor; it read about 10.7 ohms on all three windings, which was fine. Checked voltage to compressor and found zero volts coming from inverter board. Suspected that the inverter board is faulty and needs to be replaced Gave customer estimate on repair; customer approved. Office to contact customer once part comes in. NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE.Part 290.90, labor 269.99, tax 46.27, total 607.16$162.36 CC Auth# H3K3UM paid SC, balance due 444.80; ordrng 1 5304523061 (Inverter board)"

MVW4505MW2. Ran diagnostics on washer and found multiple fault codes, including motor fault code, unable to reach target speed actuator fault code, and basket spin fault code. Tilted unit back and found that the capacitor had started to leak. Noticed that the belt was worn. Removed and replaced capacitor w11395618, actuator w11481722, cam W10721967, and belt w11239857. Assembled unit and retested with an auto test. It filled, agitated, drained, and spun; washer working as intended. No leaks detected at times of service.

"Arrived on site to diagnose range KSEB900ESS6 with F2E0 error, and issues locking in Selections. Checked for errors and found F2E0, and F2E1, which are both likely due to the console and keypad. I replaced the console with a new W10920246 and ran. Found no issues with any of the functions. Customer had mentioned an inspector said unit was 25 degrees too cold. I ran a temp check and verified temperatures are well within range for this units bake cycles, and there are no heating issues present. Repair completed."

I arrived on site and friends for a dryer that is not drying clothes and has a broken vent cover. Inspected unit and work area. I checked voltage going to the dryer and found proper voltage and polarity. I gained access underneath and found the heating element. Red wire completely burned off the element. I went to order the harness and found a repair kit for the element wiring. Ordering the repair kit and rescheduled the customer to 8/26. No parts were installed.; ordrng 1 279457 (Heating element wire repair kit)

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator building condensation in the RC and freezing items on the top shelf. Found door is not square to the chassis, and angled downwards, creating a 4 inch area where the gasket is barely contacting the mullion. I attempted to adjust the hinges, add a spacer to the lower hinge pin, and added some tubing under the door gasket to create a better sealing lip. This resolved the sealing issue. After further examining the RC, it appears the diffuser / tower is also missing, so FC air is blowing straight into the RC. Ordering ducting and cover to resolve. Office to schedule. Customer is only off FRIDAYS. ; ordrng 1 W11199204 (Diffuser) and 1 W11208347 (Air Duct) and 1 W10570480 (Duct Cover)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making some noise/possible issues with wiring. Customer said they smelled what may be electric smell previously, and also had some lint catch fire within the last month. I disassembled the unit to trace the noises i was hearing. I found 2 rollers almost completely seized, and also found a massive amount of lint and debris clogging up the inlet for the blower, leading to additional noise and poor drying. I replaced all rollers and tensioner with repair kit 4392067, and removed all the debris from the blower housing. I saw no evidence of electrical damage. Ran unit and confirmed unit working as designed. Repair completed."

Knew exactly what was wrong with my washer and explained everything to us. Showed us the broken part and the new part. Made friends with my dogs while he was here. All in all totally enjoyable.
