Arrived onsite NTW4519JW2 for f3e1 continuous drain failure. Verified problem and replaced control w11607637. Calibrated and tested unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair.

"Arrived on site to diagnose range KSEB900ESS6 with F2E0 error, and issues locking in Selections. Checked for errors and found F2E0, and F2E1, which are both likely due to the console and keypad. I replaced the console with a new W10920246 and ran. Found no issues with any of the functions. Customer had mentioned an inspector said unit was 25 degrees too cold. I ran a temp check and verified temperatures are well within range for this units bake cycles, and there are no heating issues present. Repair completed."

Arrived onsite WDT540HAMZ4 and found unit operating with failed control start button. Verifed issue and replaced control W11637581 to repair. Tested unit. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks at time of service.

I arrived on site and friends for a dryer that is not drying clothes and has a broken vent cover. Inspected unit and work area. I checked voltage going to the dryer and found proper voltage and polarity. I gained access underneath and found the heating element. Red wire completely burned off the element. I went to order the harness and found a repair kit for the element wiring. Ordering the repair kit and rescheduled the customer to 8/26. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator building condensation in the RC and freezing items on the top shelf. Found door is not square to the chassis, and angled downwards, creating a 4 inch area where the gasket is barely contacting the mullion. I attempted to adjust the hinges, add a spacer to the lower hinge pin, and added some tubing under the door gasket to create a better sealing lip. This resolved the sealing issue. After further examining the RC, it appears the diffuser / tower is also missing, so FC air is blowing straight into the RC. Ordering ducting and cover to resolve. Office to schedule. Customer is only off FRIDAYS. ; ordrng 1 W11199204 (Diffuser) and 1 W11208347 (Air Duct) and 1 W10570480 (Duct Cover)"
