WTW4816FW3 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the control and found the original door lock had failed and replaced it. The unit regained full operation and I calibrated and tested. No leaks observed during service.

"MVWC416FW0 Arrived to inspect leak. I found the in,tech valve had plugged again and there were signs of water leaking. The inside of the chassis did not have fresh water on it and I did find the suspension was allowing the tub assembly to move vertically, likely allowing the water to splash out during the cycle. I advised the customer of my findings and they did not want to invest anymore into the unit due to age and cost of repair. Due to recent service, warranty applied. No leaks observed during service."

WTW4816FW3 GP arrived on site to inspect washing machine not working. Upon arrival I placed the unit into service mode and found that the lid would not lock. I tested the unit with a new latch and found that the control board would not actuate the latch. Ordering the control board for return service. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11603810 (Control)

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that was leaking when in use. I examined the unit and found flood switch had some water, which has dried out. When i ran the unit I found it was largely full of bubbles and soap suds, which look like dish detergent had also been used. Leak looks to be caused by the massive soap buildup. I ran and drained the unit 3 timed to break down the soap buildup, and unit should work properly now. Repair completed."

Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was not advancing through cycles. Ran diagnostic cycle and found cold inlet was super slow and weak. Removed cold line and found sediment covering the screen. I was able to blast and clean off the sediment. Retested unit and verified proper flow.
