Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with door not fully closing. Examined unit and found a gap in the top left corner of the RC door. Used heat gun to heat gasket and mold to mullion/liner. Advised customer to heat and shape gasket if need be if it gaps again. Floor is a bit off level and causing some sag. Customer will address and follow up if any more issues arise. Repair completed. No parts needed.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed until it went into spin mode, at which time, the unit began to make a loud metal on metal screeching noise. Tilted the unit back and removed the Pulley shield and found belt residue in the shield and found where the belt had been slipping on the pulley and motor pulley. Removed the pulley from the cam and found gearcase oil on the cam and pulley. I removed and replaced the gearcase, cam and belt and calibrated the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. "NTW4519JW2 Arrived to install part. Prior to part installation, I entered service the mode and found F7E1 and F2E1 and cleared. Inspection of the shifter revealed a large mass of debris had lodged within the speed sensor wheel. I removed the debris, recalibrated and tested within automatic and customer modes. The gear case cover was missing and I found and reinstalled it. The machine fully regained all functions and operated as designed. No leaks observed during service. Drain safety strap added."

WDF341PAPM2 Arrived to inspect not washing. Service test mode had 4-3 and I cleared for testing. I found the circulation pump would not operate and I verified line VAC to it. I removed and replaced the pump assembly and tested. The unit resumed normal operations and no leaks were observed during service.

AER6303MFB5 Arrived to inspect non-operation. I found the control W11536794 had a burnt spot and I removed and replaced. The unit resumed operation.
