"KODE900HSS21 Arrived on site for F6E4 code. Upon arrival, confirmed stored error. Cleared codes. Ran all component activation and passed all tests. Customer stated the oven will shut off during preheat and display the error. Tested upper over and preheated to 350F with no issues. Posted on service thread and advised to replace console and control at the same time. Returning with console. Customer agreed to reschedule Dec 11th. ; schdld next appmnt for 12/11 WED !"

"WED560LHW2 Arrived on site for unit making loud noise. Upon arrival, found motor making slight rattling noise. Also dryer vent is bent. Proceeded to replace W11234001 motor and W11327190 blower wheel. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed."
