"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning dishes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the drain screen is missing and the lower spray arm is not attached and the unit is not cleaning the dishes well. I inspected the unit and found the screen missing and the lower spray arm not attached properly. Re-attached the spray arm and placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1-incoming water temps too low. I cleared the code and continued with testing. I tested amp draw at the harness mat the junction box and found the element is showing 7-9amps during wash and drying cycles of diagnostics. All of the other components are within amp draw range as well. Customer advised that they have a water softener system. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use (see photo of LBH). No water leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher leaking out of the unit during cycles. Customer would find small puddles under the corner of the door area. Examined unit and found all the seals were good, sealing well. Found unit was not angled back at all, so water was sitting close to front door. Raised the level 1 inch in the front. Ran with the door off and did not see any water leaking. Advised to follow up if issue repeats, and we can change out lower arm and pump. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezing food items in the fresh foods section. Upon further inspection, I immediately contacted techline to discuss previous repairs and recommendations per SR##7734766772. While on hold, I tested temps in the RC section. My readings were FC=8, RC=39 setting, RC:middle=42, Top=53, Bottom=44, Large pantry pan=36, Right crisper pan assembly=43, Left crisper pan assembly=42, Platter shelf=41. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked the Maximum, Minimum, and Average temps as saved in the system. Those readings were MAX: test 23=RC=84, test 24=FC=87, test 25-pantry=86, test 26-ice box=87; MIN: test 33-RC=32, test 34-FC= -20, test 35-pantry=29, test 36-ice box= -13; AVE: test 28-RC=37, test 29-FC=4, test 30-pantry=35, test 31-ice box=7. I checked the thermistor readings in tests 1-5. My readings were Test 1: RC=41, 2: FC=9, 3: RC evap=16, 4: FC evap=14, 5: Pantry=35. Once techline answered, I spoke to Drew and advised of the complaint, the history on the unit and my findings. I provided the SR# to Drew and he requested the thermistor resistance readings from the control molex connector. I provided FC thermistor=16.47 kohms, RC thermistor=6.97 kohms. Drew advised that the readings were pretty close to perfect. Drew advised to not replace any parts as the unit is operating as designed. He advised to discuss with the customer the importance of keeping high moisture fruits and vegetables in produce bags in the crispers per Engineering Dept. Drew advised that if the customer did not agree with the recommendations to have them contact customer support and provide the SR# and allow customer support to handle the call. Drew advised the info provided today would be documented on the same SR#7734766772. I advised the customer of my findings and my conversation with the manufacturer and recommended they contact customer support with their concerns. No parts replaced today. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave that was making noise and crackling when in use. I tested the unit and could hear some minor noise coming from the blower. Customer had said they heard a very loud pop. I ran the unit and found it is heating properly. I examined the high voltage system and found no damage or evidence of failure. Found the tape on the vent cover inside the cabinet had broken loose from the cabinet, likely causing the large pop. I removed the blower and removed debris and adjusted the blower. Unit is working as designed at this time. Call complete."
