Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I installed the ice maker and ran a test. The ice maker is now operating quietly. No water leaks observed during service. W11700250

"Arrived on site to diagnose oven not getting to proper temp. Customer said air fryer and bake seemed to come up short of 300 based on oven thermometer. I tested the unit and found the convect fan blade retaining but always loose, so the blade was able to spin in the shaft due to the amount the nut had backed off. I reattached and tightened and verified the blade is now spinning to the proper RPM and power. Unit working as designed. Call completed, no parts needed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven damaged door. Upon further inspection, I found the oven door outer glass was shattered and the door frame is showing on both sides (photos). Due to not having the model/serial numbers prior to scheduling, I took a photo of the model/serial placard and corrected the serial number in the ticket. I am ordering the outer door glass, handle, and nameplate. Scheduled return service for 01-17-25. No one available to sign for receipt. ; ordrng 1 W11653626 (Outer door glass) and 1 W11178521 (Nameplate) and 1 W11648756 (Handle)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that is not cleaning as well as expected. Customer clarified that the unit does wash, but leaves spots and similar things on dishes. Customer almost always uses the quick wash cycle only, which will not provide as thorough of a wash as the normal longer cycles. I ran the unit with my clear door on, and found it is running properly and spraying hard from all 3 levels. Unit itself is working as designed, I can only recommend using the longer normal cycles and also possibly try a different soap. No repairs needed. Call completed."
