"Arrived on site for washer running drain pump all the time. Confirmed when plugged in it started the pump. Entered diagnostics and Found f1e1, f8e1, f3e1. Verified wiring to control is good. Pressure hose is clear. Verified model and serial. Replaced main control. Recalibrated and ran automatic test cycle. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer WTW5100HW0 that was not completing loads. I checked for errors and found F7E3, F7E4, F0E3, F7E7, F7E1. All errors are pointing to a failure in the motor track. Examined bottom end and found the belt has been slipping on the splutch, leaving deep black grooves and rubber powder. Shift actuator arm was also loose. I replaced the belt with new W11279857, Splutch W10721967, Shifter W10913953. Ran unit in high speed spin and verified proper operation. Was able to successfully start a new cycle as well. Advised customer to reduce load sizes, as overloading will cause belt slippage. Repair completed. No water leaks observed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer WTW5000DW3 that was banging around and had the latch catching. Examined unit and found the latch had been dislodged and needed to be locked back into place. There was some play in the basket indicating a worn hub, and the suspension was springy. Unit needs a new Hub, suspenion, and lid latch. Set return visit for 1/23. ; ordrng 1 W11307244 (Latch) and 1 W10752283 (Washplate) and 1 W10528947 (Hub) and 1 W11130362 (Suspension) and 1 W11454734 (Gearcase)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher WDF332PAMS0 not heating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1-no heat. I cleared the code and before continuing with testing, I inspected the heating element to find it shorted/burnt. I stopped testing and removed and replaced the element and placed the unit back into diagnostics and tested. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. W10518394"
