Arrived on site to install ordered parts on a refrigerator WRS315SDHM13. Installed the motor wp2315549 and blade wp2169142. Unit isnt making the vibration noise now. No leaks detected while on site.

Arrived on site to complete repair on dishwasher KDTM604KPS2 that is making noise when pumping. Per previous tech rec, installed new diverter disc and housing W11679656, W11662107. I ran diagnostic cycle and cycled the diverter numerous times. Found no further abnormal noises present. Unit working as designed. No water leaks observed.

Arrived on site for refrigerator WRS315SDHM13 making noise / vibrations when in use. Examined unit and found it is excessively vibrating, coming from the evaporator fan. Found fan is vibrating abnormally, likely from a bad blade. Ordering new fan motor / blade, and also may need sound pads installed on the frame. Set return for 3/29. ; ordrng 1 WP2169142 (Fan Blade)

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher KDTM604KPS2 noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F3E2-OWI sensor not calibrating. I cleared the code and continued with testing and found that when the sump motor begins to pump the water through the manifold, it makes a moaning noise. I pulled the unit out to gain access to the sump assembly and removed and replaced the sump assembly and retested. The unit continues to make the noise. After further evaluation, I found that the diverter disk is struggling to turn and allow the water to flow to each spray arm. I am ordering the diverter disk and diverter cover and the office will schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service. Arrived on site for a refrigerator WRFF3436RZ00 not making ice. Found the arm on the icemaker was stuck causing the issue. I replaced icemaker w11692161. It filled and is operating as designed. No other issues or leaks detected.

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator WRS335SDHM07 not cooling in RC and FC top of the sections. Examined unit and found the evap fan is not spinning at all. Retrieved correct fan motor from the office and replaced WP2315549. Verified fan came on and is working as designed. Repair completed. ; saved tckt

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator KRFF577KPS02 not making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=20.5 degrees. I verified all foods inside were frozen, then gained access to the FC evaporator. I found the evaporator with no frost pattern and a small amount of frost on the cap tube area as if the unit had come out of defrost mode. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and gained access to the compressor. I unplugged the unit to allow the system to equalize then placed my gauges on the previous system repair. I found the low side at approximately -2 psi and the high side at approximately 100 psi. I then tested the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 56 and found no error codes. Tested operations in test 57 and it harvested as designed. I checked the tray to find no water and tested the fill tube in test 45 and it filled the tray as designed. I tested the remaining components and all passed. I reached out to management (PR) and advised of my findings and advised that the sealed system would need to be re-done and to include replacing the evaporator. PR advised that based on the pressure readings, theres a restriction in the system; possibly at the drier or at the evaporator. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the compressor, access valve, UV drier, evaporator, and CNOTE-3 HOUR JOB. I requested that the customer have the freezer emptied when I return. The unit is cooling, but not to set temps. Arrived on site for a range WEG515S0LS4 door not closing properly. I verified the issue and adjusted the latch. Unit is operating as designed now. No other issues found. Nobody is available to sign.
