Arrived on-site to diagnose unit for noise during operation. Tested unit and confirmed the noise was coming from underneath the washer.Further inspection found the rotor mounting bolt was missing, allowing the rotor to move excessively and bounce during operation. Due to the rotor running loose, the rotor splines/interlocking teeth were damaged from grinding.Replaced:W11260238 RotorW10734521 SliderAfter replacement, reassembled and tested the unit. Unit is now running smoothly and operating as designed.Job complete.

Arrived on-site to replace the previously diagnosed pump harness, recirculation pump, and reservoir/drain pump.Replaced the following parts:W11126268 Pump HarnessW11542868 PumpW11542867 PumpDuring the repair, also found the grid cutter rusted at the corners. Replaced the grid cutter as well:W10919199 Grid CutterReassembled and tested the unit. Unit is now running and operating as designed.Job complete.

Arrived on-site to replace the previously diagnosed main control, UI, and pump harness.Replaced the following parts:W11034363 Main ControlW11325205 UIW11126268 Pump HarnessAfter replacement, powered the unit on and verified the compressor is running and the pumps are activating properly. Unable to fully test water pressure, water level, or complete unit operation because the water supply to the home is currently disconnected.Customer will test the unit once the home water supply is restored and monitor operation.Job complete.

Arrived on-site to replace the previously diagnosed drive motor P/N 279827.Removed the existing motor and installed the replacement motor. Reassembled and tested the unit. The unit is operating properly; however, the breaker continues to trip during operation.Per Whirlpool recommendation, the breaker will need to be replaced. Breaker has been marked/identified for replacement, and customer was advised accordingly.At this time, the appliance repair has been completed and the unit itself is operating as designed.Job complete.

Arrived on-site to diagnose unit for an ice door issue. Tested unit and found the ice door was staying open and not closing properly.Replaced:W11678839 Ice DoorAfter replacement, tested the dispenser and verified the ice door is now opening and closing properly.Unit is now running and operating as designed.Job complete.

Arrived on-site to replace the previously diagnosed pressure switch P/N W11316246. Replaced the pressure switch and tested the unit.Customer stated that during the previous cycle, the washer stopped just before the spin cycle and displayed a long drain error. Based on the symptoms, the pressure switch may have contributed to the issue.Tested the detergent currently being used by the customer by adding the detergent sheets to the washer and running the unit for several minutes. After approximately 34 minutes, excessive suds developed throughout the tub. After canceling the cycle, the drain pump continued to run due to the excessive sudsing condition.Explained to the customer that excessive suds can cause extended draining, prevent the drain pump from disengaging normally, and interrupt the wash cycle. Advised customer to discontinue use of the current detergent sheets, switch to an appropriate low-sudsing HE detergent, and monitor operation.At this time, the unit is running and operating as designed.Job complete.

Arrived on-site to diagnose unit for hot water valve not shutting off. Tested unit and found the hot water inlet valve is weeping and not closing completely.Customer also stated she is unable to complete normal wash cycles and can only run very small loads. Tested unit and found the suspension rods are excessively weak/jumpy, causing instability during operation.Recommend replacing the following components to correct the issues:Hot Water Inlet ValveSuspension RodsParts to be ordered.
