Andrey did satisfactorily replace the ice maker that was not working; however, he had no interest at all in listening to my concerns about this new refrigerator, in particular about an unusual sound it makes much of the time. Of course, it did not make the sound while he was here, but I had made a recording of the sound. He just blew me off and fixed what he came to fix - no more and no less. Perhaps this is standard, but my experience with another technician on two previous visits was much more positive. I wish you had sent the same technician who diagnosed the problem in the first place - he listened to me.
