Arrived on site to install new igniter to resolve oven not firing properly. Replaced igniter and verified proper operation. Reinstalled unit and leveled. With customer present demonstrated proper operation. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts to resolve oven not heating, no lights or sound. Replaced both UI and Control and verified that the lights sounds and all functions are now working properly, however the bake igniter is not lighting. Gas supply is coming on but there is no spark. Checked board and wire and found everything connected properly. Ordering igniter, igniter wire and another dsi board to resolve. Office to schedule when parts arrive. ; ordrng 1 WPW10511278 (DSI Board) and 1 W11446236 (Igniter Wire)"

On arrival verified complaint of no bake or broil. Unit will spark 4 times but no ignition then shut down. Possible lost ground. Verified correct voltage and polarity. Recommend replacing the DSI board. Correct DSI board ordered but wrong board sent out reorder and verify correct one sent. Rescheduled for 11/29; ordrng 1 WPW10511278 (Spark module DSI)

Arrived onsite for dryer that is not heating. Upon inspection I found that the cutoff thermistor had failed. I replaced it and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived to inspect washability. I found the circulation pump was operating, but flow was greatly reduced and causing the wash issues. wash motor assy removed and replaced. I tested the unit within service test mode several times and the issues were resolved. No leaks observed during service
