Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the wire harness and tested the unit. The unit begin to work and operate as designed. Collect the remaining service balance via credit card of $323.49 CC Auth# 99P94A. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for an ice machine. That is not turning on. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the power cord Ive been broken. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the power cord completely broken.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven. That is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the transformer and tested the unit. Still found the unit would not heat. Check voltage going to the transformer in Carmel voltage across the transformer or the red line going to the chassis ground. Check voltage at the Magnatron TOD and still found no voltage being supplied. Traced voltage back to the control and found no voltage coming from the control.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not filling up properly. Inspected unit and work area. Found no stored error codes and ran into diagnostics. On the unit working operate as design with all valves and components working. the customer advised that the unit has never filled up to the top like her older washers and that it does not wash properly. Explain to the customer, the water washer that everything is based off of programming and that its supposed to not have a ton of water to increase the soap to water ratio. Customer advised that she bought this unit assuming that it would actually work like washer, and she felt like she was lied to from the retailer. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andy SR# 7736307757. He advised that this is normal operation, and that the customer would need to contact the retailer for any other resolution. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for washer not filling correctly. Upon arrival found proper water supply and connections. Found no errors in diagnostics and unit passed in both diagnostics and quick wash cycle. Instructed customer due to energy/water regulation washer has a predetermined fill limit. Unit is working as designed call complete
