"Arrived on site for a wash machine that wont start cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit was working just fine until they had a power outage and since then, they have not been able to get the unit to start. He said the unit up on a quick lifecycle and I can immediately hear, a buzzing sound underneath the unit not spinning. Checked underneath and did not find any improper connections. I changed the capacitor and tested the unit again. I found the unit still doing the same thing. I went ahead and checked underneath the washer as the unit was trying to run and found the noise coming from the actuator. Went ahead and replaced the actuator and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a wash machine. That is making intermittent whining sounds during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it generally happens when the unit is filling. She turned on the unit and I could hear immediately the valve making a whining sound. Tested both valves and found the whining sound only coming from the cold water valve and limited water flow into the u it. When I removed the cold water hose, found dirt and debris stuck inside of the valve assembly, causing the issue. Replaced the water valve assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that leaked water all over the floor. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the units for an auto test and everything ran as designed until the unit came to the drain portion of the cycle. Found The drain pipe at the wall backing up and potentially causing an issue with overflowing out of the standpipe. I test the unit and manual diagnostics filling up the basket a third of the way up the basket and attempting to drain. I could not replicate the overflow out of the pipe but did hear some sounds as if the drain pipe itself had cleared itself of the debris. I ran the unit through multiple tasks and checked underneath the washer. Found no evidence of any water residue or leaking from underneath the washer. I did advise the customer that because her drain pipe is back flowing, the most likely issue is that her pipe is clogged and that this may happen again unless they get the clog removed. The customer is going to attempt to run Drano through that pipe but I did advise her that if that does not work, they will need to fix their draining issue. Call complete."

Couldn’t find his tools, asked if I had a watchman’s thin screwdriver and tweezers he could use. Then he said over & over the propane orifices were not installed. He took it apart and it was correct. Then pulled out the unit and examined the connection to the stove/propane line. He said over & over the connector was not turned around. Left the house tell us that was our problem. Come to find out, it was done properly. He switched out the thermostat.
