Arrived on site to test unit for getting too cold in RC and freezing items. Found thermistors were in range. Removed damper cover and immediately saw that a piece of foam was preventing damper from shutting. Replaced damper and unit now opening and closing as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"1234-Arrived on site to test unit for frost build up in FC. Found plastic trim liner had excessive gap causing air leak and frost build up. Last visit on 08/29/2022 noticed gap and filled with silicone with hopes of making it air tight. Found ice formed between linear and made gap larger, was able to put fingers through. Documented with Techline and unit was submitted for review. Job complete. SR#7736354441."

Arrived on site to replace manifold panel due to damage from install and transport. Replaced panel and verified unitnworking as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to inspect unit for damage to manifold cover. Verified and took pic of scratch. New cover did not have protective film and had scratches/blemishes. Attempted to wipe clean and or remove with no success. Needing new cover and please inspect part prior ; ordrng 1 W1165140 (Cover/panel)
