"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not dispensing crushed ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does dispense both crushed and cubed ice, but that when she is dispensing cube dice, she still gets ice shavings in her cup. I tested both crushed and cubed ice dispensing, and found the unit working and operating as designed. I checked the ice bin and found the top layer of ice was perfect but she was having some ice clumping toward the bottom of her ice container. I asked the customer if they use a lot of ice and she advised that she does on certain days but doesnt for the rest of the week. I explain to the customer that if she is not using ice consistently, she will have ice that will clump due to her, going in and out of the freezer and causing the ice to sweat and refreeze. I advise this will cause clumping of her ice and that if shes not using, a whole bucket of ice a week, she may end up having this issue from time to time. I did advise us as normal operation and the unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a dryer that will not start. Inspected unit and work area. I checked the door switch and found the door switch broken causing the issue. I held in the door switch and attempted to start the unit. Found the unit starting to operate. Ordering the door switch and rescheduled the customer to 3/14.; ordrng 1 WP3406107 (Door switch)

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is shutting off halfway through cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will shut off and not allow it to come back on for at least another 30 minutes or more and that it happens on almost every cycle. I checked behind the unit and found the vent hose kinked. the customer advised that even when they pulled out the machine, it still does not complete a cycle. I went ahead and replaced the motor budget advisor, customer that if they have any further problems, they would probably be looking at an air flow issue, and they may want to change from a spring style vent hose to a periscope style that house. I tested the unit and the unit began to work in operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that will not start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm that the unit would turn on, but that the dryer would not start. Check voltage to the unit and found proper voltage and polarity. Gained access to the control and checked the door switch. Found the door switch, making and breaking indicating a good circuit. Checked the motor circuit and found it open. Gained access to the interior cavity and found the belt broken, causing the idler pulley to engage on the belt switch. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit will fill and drain but the unit will not recirculate the water with a Spring arms. Were in the unit through diagnostics and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) and F7 E1 (heater deactivated) error codes. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the washer motor had failed. I replaced the wash motor and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete.
