"Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Tested unit found clunking sound present. Took unit apart and inspected, found bearing rubber completely fallen apart. Installed repair kit (4392065) and tested, unit is now running as designed. Advised customer to not overload the dryer. Job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit smelling like gas when oven is on. Test unit and found normal smell during beginning of ignition of oven turning on. Test all connection no gas leaks present job complete. No parts used.

Arrived on site to test unit for gas smell. Found connections at regulator not secured with tape. Secured connections test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for intermittent noise and water valve leaking. Customer stated that water would continue to leak through the valve even though cycle is not being ran. Inspected water valve. Found it clogged with sediment. Replaced water valve, tested unit for intermittent noise in diagnostics. Ran multiple cycles, no noise present at this time. Advised customer to run cycle and monitor for noise, if noise returns, leave unit in field state and record videos of the issue. Also advised customer to install in line water filter to remove sediment and debris from waterlines. At this time unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."
