Arrived onsite for knob broken. On inspection the timer stem was broken and a part was stuck in the knob. I installed a new timer and knob and the unit is operating as designed.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water. On inspection I pulled the filter out and the water started to work, i reinstalled the filter and the water was not working again. I called the home owner to let them know what I had found left VM."

"Arrived on site for range, inspected unit and work area. Customer complaint was oven not heating. Pulled unit out and tripped the breaker. Gained access to the terminal block and it was cooked. Will need to replace the therminal block and repair the wiring harness. ordrng 1 WPW10245259 (Block) and 1 W11536793 (Control)"

Advised CX to give 24 hrs to start making ice. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."
