"Arrived on site for dryer making noise,this is a washer dryer combo. Removed panel. Found blower wheels turning independently from motor. Had to break off. Replaced motor and blower wheel. Verified operation. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for dryer not level. On inspection the installer did not adjust the feet to level the unit out. I adjusted the feet so the unit would not rock back and forth. The unit is level now.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing ice and making a loud noise, removed back panel. Found noise went away. Adjusted tubing away from cover. Removed and replaced auger motor and shaft. Verified operation. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for a range with the induction cooktop shutting down after a couple of seconds when any burner is selected. I found multiple stored error codes, F722, F100, F630, F640, F441, F443, F451, & F453. The ovens are working properly so the customer does not have a supply voltage issue. The module needs to be replaced and possibly the induction harness and the oven control.
