Arrived onsite for the unit not making ice. Looked at the bottom left of the door and saw that the red wire was ripped in half causing the unit to not make ice. Need to order a new FR door. Ordered part. Office to reschedule and needs authorization before returning.; ordrng 1 REQUEST (AUTHORIZATION ) and 1 W11467398 (FR DOOR)

Arrived on site to replace control board. Replaced board test unit and unit test good unit heated to 350 and was able to turn unit off.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not draining. Test unit and found drain pump not rotating. Found pump getting power replaced pump test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for cancel button not working. Was able to turn oven on but cancel button not working couldnt turn it off. Will order new control board office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11258611 (Control board)
