"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not keeping temp on either compartment. On arrival customer said unit seemed to fluctuate a bit. I checked temps and found freezer at -2 and RC at 35. I advised on properly loading the unit and keeping airflow channels clear. When I checked the gaskets I found all gaskets working properly with no gaps. Advised to follow up if issue persists for more than a day or things spoil and thaw, otherwise unit temps will change when going through defrost / making ice. Call completed."

On arrival verified complaint of noise. Found door latch has failed and is grinding. During checks on oven control display started to click. Advised control may be failing as well. Customer declined repair. Collected service 162.36 by check

On arrival verified complaint of smell. Unable to smell anything in the unit. Verified dispenser is set correctly as customer as a water softener. Customer is already using affresh. Looked under the unit and there is no growth or dirt visible at all. Unit looks clean as factory. Verified no error codes and unit is currently functioning correctly. Job complete unit working as designed no leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site for doors rusted. Confirmed both fzr and ref doors have rust. Removed and replaced both doors and nameplate. Verified operation. Call complete.

On arrival verified complaint of noise. On visual inspection of gearcase spotted oil. Replaced the gear aseptic. Splutch and shifter Assy. Reassembled and ran manual test. All components activated correctly and no noise. Job complete. No leaks detected during service. All operational test good.
