Arrived on site to deliver previously ordered parts. The customer was not home during delivery. I spoke to the office and was advised to leave the part in a discrete location. I left the part on an outdoor furniture chair for the customer. See photo. Will have the office charge the card on file for the remaining owed balance. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a grinding sound and is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that her machine makes a few clicking sounds, and will just shut off now, but prior to that, she was having issues with it making grinding noises intermittently. Checked underneath the washer and found the rotor completely detached from the washer. Found the slider also broken. I replaced the slider and added Teflon tape to the rotor bolt to keep it in place. Tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnose depart. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the lower harness and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont go past the filling portion of the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Ran unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long Ill) error code. I tested both valves and found the cold water valve, barely pulling in any water. Went to check the water supply at the wall, and even in the off position at the wall, I found full water pressure through the water hose. The customer attempted to turn off the water at the main, but was unable to do so. Ordering the water valve, but the customer will need to be able to turn off the water prior to the return trip. Rescheduled the customer to 11/16.; ordrng 1 W11210463 (Valve) and 1 W11170317 (Valve)"

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a grinding sound again. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they were able to run a few washes until the unit stopped working again. I advise it on every single load it now makes that grinding sound when going through education. Did confirm the customer complaint and want to head and replaced the gear case and Fletcher assembly. Tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.
