Arrived on site to inspect unit for freezing foods over. Thermistor has failed ordering thermistors and will return. Rescheduled for 4/29/24; ordrng 1 W11438736 (Fc thermistor) and 1 WPW10384183 (Thermistor)

"Arrived on site for sagging basket, upon arrival, customer states that unit seemed to dropped when loaded. Inspected suspension and basket and are good. Ran diagnostics and got error codes F0-E9 off balance, F0-E3 overload. Test unit with load of laundry. Unit operates correctly. After series of questions with customer. Explained correct load sizes and what not to wash in unit. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"

Arrived on site for water remaining in dispenser drawer and unit shakes a lot. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and there are No saved error codes. Ran a drain and spin at high speed and cannot duplicate shaking issue. Ran a drain and spin with load of clothes. Unit operates correctly. Found front left foot slightly out of adjustment. Secured foot correctly. Found dispenser cannot siphon correctly due to having lots of build up. Replaced drawer assembly. Test unit on a wash cycle and all water siphoned correctly. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete
