"WRS315SDHZ17 Arrived to inspect ice issue. I found the issue was not with dispensing, but it was with ice clumping. I found the ice door would not fully close. There were signs of excessive debris and foam within the area of the ice door and I removed it. Replacing the ice door appeared to correct the issue as the replacement appeared to fully seal. If further issues persist,contact tech GC. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not turning off. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they are having to unplug the unit or turn it off at the breaker because the unit wont turn off after a cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F2E1-stuck key. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit is operating as designed. Due to the error code, I removed and replaced the panel UI and retested and it continues to operate as designed. Advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven damage and control issues. Upon further inspection, I found the control panel lower console pushed up into the control panel on the left side. I was able to pull it down and seat it properly. Customer advised the oven wasnt cooking properly and I found the unit temp display reading in Celsius. I went into the tools function and demonstrated to the customer how to change the temp reading and changed it to Fahrenheit. Demonstrated how to make changes in he control panel and made recommendations for use and care. Unit is operating as designed, job completed."

"WOD77EC0HS20 Arrived to inspect door issue. I found the right, upper mounting screw had backed out, blocking the door from closing. I corrected the issue and then adjusted the left hinge to prevent door-hop. Operational test good."

Arrived onsite for washer walking. On inspection the unit was leaning forward and the drum is touching the cabinet. The front are all out and the back are all the way up and the unit still is hitting the front of cabinet. Called WP tech line and he had me look at a service pointer to make sure it was not the issue and it was not. He said to change out the cabinet but was not sure that it would fix the issue. We have change all the moving parts in the unit and it has not helped out the issue. I dont see changing out the cabinet will help because I do not seeing anything wrong with the cabinet.
