Arrived on site to test unit for rattling sound. Found RR bracket was missing mounting screws causing rattling. Used self tapping screws and secured. No parts replaced. Leveled unit and tested to 350? with no issues. Advised customer to download app and connect unit to WiFi. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling properly. Found evap completely frosted over. Ran diagnostics and found in service test 140 software is 20_00_00. According to service pointer software is up to date. Found evap motor engaging. Put unit into defrost and was unable to get defrost heater to engage. Recommend heater replacement. Ordering additional parts to ensure completion on return visit. Office to reschedule. Arrived on site to test unit for not heating. Found L2 was completely burnt off terminal block. Replaced terminal block from truck stock(WP3397659). Removed damaged wiring and installed ring terminal. Advised customer to have vent screen on exterior vent cleared as unit is not provided sufficient air flow. Also advised against using unit until vent has been cleared to prevent any damage to unit. Unit is currently now working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed compressor. Vacuumed system and charged to specs with 55g R600a. Unit now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.
