Arrived on site replace filter base and cover . Cover is still not clicking into place . Found liner slightly uneven . Added shim under front of base . Cover is clicking into place and staying put . No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete .

"On arrival verified complaint of door gasket is torn as well as filter cover doesnt stay latched. Found RC gasket on right side is torn. RC left, drawer, and fc gaskets are correct. Replaced RC gasket on right side only. Recommend replacing the filter cover and filter bracket for inability to maintain the latch. "On arrival verified complaint of vent not running and no power. Found unit fuse is blown. Unsure where the spark complaint came from as customer states no spark. Brought unit down and inspected and found no visual damage. Put breaker tool on fuse and ran fan. Fan only gets voltage on high setting recommend replacing main board. Ran cycle and found unit heats correctly and doesnt blow fuse. Tested with magic lights tool got all three lights, opened door and closed multiple times nothing seemed to trip fuse. Spoke to SW recommend door interlocks for possible oil inside as unit is very oily. Light under unit is not working either. Ordering door interlocks, main board, light socket, and bulb.
