"KRMF706EBS01 Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the source of the leak at the dye drier connection and I removed and replaced the drier to correct. The customer advised the last repair did not last overnight. I vacuumed the system to 270 microns and then it held below 500, reaching 470 microns after approximately 15 minutes and steadily tapering off, towards the end of the monitored time. The increase in microns is likely due to the fact the system had a severe leak and lost refrigerant while running, creating a vacuum in the low side and when shut down, it drew significant moisture. The customer will contact us if issues persist. No water connections to unit."

Arrived on site and installed replacement lint screen. Unit working and heating correctly. Repair completed. Parts used - WPW10516085.

"Arrived on site for ice machine not making ice. Upon arrival confirmed failure. Ran through diagnostic and found recirc pump failing. Replaced it but found pump had to start. Found voltage to harness was 13.8vac, but when pump was activated, voltage would drop below 1-3vac. Found failure in pump harness. Ordering W11126268 pump harness, W11034363 control, W11123917 main harness, rescheduled customer for 04/24/24 to complete repairs. ; ordrng 1 W11126268 (Pump harness) and 1 W11034363 (Control) and 1 W11123917 (Main harness)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that was not drying quickly and had an issue with lint screen. Examined unit and found cycle had ecoboost enabled, which can cause extended dry times / leaves clothes damp. Advised to disable the ecoboost for dryer results. Ordering new lint screen to resolve since air is getting blocked. Return set for 4/22. ; ordrng 1 WPW10516085 (Lint Screen)"

"KDTM404KPS2 Arrived to inspect noise. Service mode had 10-2 as the only stored error and I cleared for testing. The noise was from the diffuser plate and diverter distributor assembly and inspection revealed there may have been warping of one or both of the parts, allowing excessive movement and resultant noise, as water was being diverted under pressure. The machine will require the diffuser disk and diverter plate. Cup washer manifold ordered just in case, but likely not required. No leaks observed during service. Office to contact the customer to arrange return service. ; ordrng 1 W11662107 (Diffuser) and 1 W11679656 (Diverter Cover) and 1 W10830523 (Manifold)"
