"Arrived on site to test unit for leak. Activated diagnostics, when unit started draining I found a slow drip forming due to a crack in the gasket on the wash motor. Will need a new sump assembly to resolve this issue. No parts installed, ordering part, office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11613570 (Pump and motor assembly)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for noise and error codes. Found multiple stored error codes F7E9 F0E3 F5E3. Inspected under unit and found tub seal has broken, water has leaked on all the components under the gearcase and has rusted all components. Rotor is seized onto gearcase shaft. Unit will need a full rebuild. Ordering parts pertaining to that issue, no parts installed, rescheduled for 05/21.; ordrng 1 W11393685 (Gearcase) and 1 W10754158 (Stator) and 1 W10754158 (Rotor) and 1 W10902814 (Washplate)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for thumping. Upon arrival customer stated that issue is actually that the unit is agitating with no water and damaging their clothes. Explained to customer the extra power feature that the unit has. Unit will dispense soap and agitate clothes before the cycle starts. Advised customer that they can turn that feature off on any cycle. Also explained to customer that they can only load unit 20%-40% to ensure no damage to the unit in the long run. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not tumbling. Tested unit found element engaging but drum not tumbling. Also found that as soon as you move the timer from off, elements starts heating. Inspected element found it warped and grounding out causing unit to overheat and trip thermal cut off. Will need to order heating element and timer as precautionary for return visit. Ordering parts, no parts installed, rescheduled for 05/24.; ordrng 1 279838 (Heating element) and 1 WP3979617 (Timer)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for overfilling. Customer stated when on auto sense water level unit would fill to the top when washing a small load. No error codes stored. Tested pressure hose, no punctures or restrictions. Replaced control (W11603810) as precautionary. Unit when through diagnostic cycle with no issues. Advised customer to keep load size from 20%-40%. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."
