"On arrival verified complaint of not cooling. Unit was unplugged on arrival. Customer stated they did not see any ice build up in Fc as they did look for it per previous repair. On plugging in unit Compressor is short cycling after start dev replacement. Unit will need a compressor replacement. Ordering comp, filter drier. And Access valve.
