Arrived onsite for burners not getting hot enough. On inspection found the 2 main burners had 84mm orifice installed on them. Installed the correct orifice in them from truck stock W10409146. The cooktop is operating as designed from the factory. No gas leaks detected during service. 2-W10409146

Arrived onsite for burner not igniting. On inspection there was no spark on the left back burner I gain access to the burners and found no issue with igniter. Gain access to the spark module and unplugged the wire checked for any issue with connector and found no issues. Reconnected the wire and the burner started to ignite. The wire must not been plugged all the way in. The unit is operating as designed and no gas leak was detected during service. No parts were installed.

"Arrived onsite for burners not Igniting. On inspection the center burner the flame was only by the igniter, pulled the burner apart and found grease blocking the gas ports. On the right back burner the igniter is sparking down and sideways 95% of the time and once in awhile it will spark up. Moved the igniter forward about 1/16 inch and retested with no luck. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. On inspection found the start device cap was bad. Installed a new start device and cap and powered up the unit it came on and shut back off. On further inspection found Freon on the floor next to the compressor. Ordering a new SS. W10873801 WPW10350564; ordrng 1 WPW10466675 (Compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (Drier) and 1 WPW10608485 (Evap) and 2 2hours (2 hours)s

Arrived onsite for range middle burner not igniting. On inspection found that the middle burner would take several seconds to ignite. On further inspection found the ignitor was sparking to the side of the burner. Repositioned the igniter to spark straight up to the burner cap and it ignites on the first spark every time. No gas leaks detected and no parts were installed on the unit.
