"WOC54EC0HS22 Arrived inspect difficulty with UI. The customer advised the UI would not always react to button presses and it would intermittently not heat. I found the installation had issues and the lower vent was resting on the cabinet front cap, causing the door interlocks to mis-time. The unit will require interlocks and shimming upon return. ; ordrng 1 W11033422 (Interlock switch assembly)"

KOCE500ESS22 Arrived to inspect light out in MW. The issue was due to the MW door switch not being triggered to turn off the interior light. I was able to removed the unit from its mounting and correct the internal light switch issue. I shimmed the install height due to font cabinet contact and tested. The machine resumed normal operation and the light shut off without further pressing of the door required.

"JGCP536HL00 Arrived to inspect difficulties igniting. I found the left rear burner would not ignite and after adjusting the burner cup and igniter, the issue was resolved. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service."

Gerry did an outstanding job on not one, but four repairs. He fixed the issue with our microwave that he was schedule for and then proceeded to address three other little items on our range, lower over door, and dishwasher door. Gerry is extremely knowledgeable and appears to love his work Appliance Express is fortunate to have him as one of your technicians and we were fortunate to have him sent to our home for these repairs.
