I ran every diagnostics test that activates a moving component on the refrigerator and could not duplicate the noise the customer was describing at this time. I found the refrigerator not level and the rear floor out of level from the left to the right side. Mr will add a shim thats needed at the left rear wheel and get the unit level then he will video the noise and send it in if it continues. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not producing or dispensing a large amount of ice regularly. I checked Temps and found FC at 0, and RC right around 40. I examined the ice bucket and found that the ice was clustered in the rear left corner, and had slightly melted likely just due to not having a lot of usage. This allowed the that harvests to create a block in that corner, so when the icemaker drops the bail arm, it's hitting the top of the ice stack. Because the ice isn't being used often, it's clustering in one corner. Checked for air leaks and found no air leaks present. Customer advised they need to level the ice in the bucket / dump it regularly to keep it from clustering the way it was. Also advised to free up the airflow channels on the RC side to allow proper ventilation and consistent Temps. At this time no mechanical failure was found, ice bucket needs to be regularly emptied to keep it from bricking. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a wall oven that was pausing while in use. On arrival the customer stated the unit was at 450?F for about 40 minutes and then stopped heating. The screen said press to resume on it. They resumed and found shortly after it did it again. I found the customer was baking chicken on a skillet and it was producing a lot of steam. Since that one time it has not occurred again. I found stored error code F6E4 for UI to control error that was thrown in early July. However, this issue occurred only last week. I cleared the error codes. I then manually activated each relay and found them all as designed. I then preheat the unit to 450?F and let it run for a while. I was not able to replicate the failure and at the time of service it was running as designed. I informed the customer that it could be the unit overheated or the steam had caused the UI to act up. Call complete."

The customer stated that the unit does in fact drain the water out but do you know it will not complete a cycle because it will flash that error code. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (single speed wash motor failure), F9 E1 (long drain), and FA E2 (vent wax motor electrical problem) error codes. I also found that the unit was within the range of the heater replacement service pointer. Spoke to CS and was advised to replace the heater and wash motor for full repair. Replaced both parts and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop ignitor issue. Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated the issue theyre having with the back right burner ignitor coming on while the flame is on. I tested all burners and found the far left 2 burners flames were too high in the low setting and adjusted them accordingly. I found with the back right burner when in the #5-8 flame setting, the ignitor would come on even with a large flame. I removed the cooktop and inspected the ignitor harness and found on the back right burner the harness was not sealed all the way down on the valve stem. "Arrived on site for a washing machine making an abnormal noise and not spinning out clothes properly. On arrival the customer stated that it will sometimes work correctly and sometimes not. They found it tends to happen on bigger loads. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F0E5 for off balance load, F7E1 for tach missing, F5E4 for door not opened in between cycles, and F7E7 for motor unable to reach RPM. I then manually activated each component + ran a diagnostics cycle and found it ran through as designed. However, I did here an abnormal sound during spin. I then when to check the sensors and it threw the F7E1 error code again. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found no sign of gearcase oil. Per the SP W11520474 I am ordering the main control to replace. After replacing the control we will test the unit again to determine if the sound goes away. If not we will replace the gearcase and cam. ordrng 1 W11543996 (Control)"

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with f8e4 error code popping up on dishwasher. Upon inspection I found water in the drip pan I removed the water and checked the tub gasket and found that it was good I checked all the hoses under the unit and found that they were good I checked the Water Inlet Assembly and found it to be good I checked the vent and found it good and I checked the grommets at the heating element and found the good too. I found that the unit was leaking forward a bit couple of that with the fact that the customer used dish pods with could cause over surgeing which could cause the condition we are seeing so I adjusted the front of the unit up and advised the customer to use liquid detergent and do not fill the dispenser up all the way. The I tested unit and found no leaks job complete

"Arrived to inspect no heat. The unit had solid L1 connection and the CX said the DRO was always present, and the unit would intermittently no heat. I tested for L2 at all points and found no issues. I verified the TCO intact and all wiring and elements were intact as well. I could not recreate the issue, but due to the intermittent nature of the issue, I elected to replace the main board to eliminate the chance of relays causing the issue. I advised the CX to contact an electrician if the issue persists and that they should tell them the L2 line would be the likely suspect. Operational test good."

The customer advised that she can run the unit on towels and that the unit works like it should. She advised that the normal cycle does not completely dry the clothes all the way. Were in the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit on a time dry cycle on high heat and found the unit working out design. Tested several other cell cycle selections and found the unit eating. Went through the quick reference guide for the cycle selections and showed the customer that on a normal cycle, the unit will not heat as high as the towels, whites, or timed dry settings. I did look behind the unit and found the vent hose kinked. Customer said she was having to run cycles through twice in order to get them to dry. Went over user care guide in the unit is not working as designed. Cant complete."
