Arrived on site to possibly install previous diagnose parts. I did a side by side test of the transformers and found the ohming out the same. I spoke with SW and we isolated both the 4903 relay and the 4913 relay. We found the 4913 not closing during certain settings causing a no heat issue. "JM: Arrived onsite to inspect no start on dryer. I found that the 30 amp in line fuse blown because the fuse holder had gotten hot and the connection was loose causing the problem. "Arrived on site to inspect washer latch issues. Upon further inspection, I found the lid strike broken. I removed and replaced the strike and attempted to test, but the unit would go into diagnostics showing no error codes and do nothing. I attempted to start a normal cycle and the unit would not get past sensing. Tested voltage and unit is getting 124V. Tested the lid latch and its getting 120V at pins 1 & 2 and at 2 & 3. Contacted techline and spoke to Rich and advised of the complaint and my findings. While talking to Rich, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics again and this time it showed error code F6E1. Rich recommended replacing the main control and UI fascia. Provided SR#7734413279. I am ordering the main control, user interface fascia and another strike and scheduled return service for 08/31/22. "Arrived to inspect no operation. I found the rotor plate was siezed and after correcting, the unit operated as designed. I had the CX run ice through it to ensure the plate was cleared and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived to inspect no heat. I inspected the unit and found the chassis ground had fallen onto the magnetron leads and was shorting. After correcting the issue, the unit started heating as designed. Operational test good.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I recovered refrigerant from the unit and then removed the compressor and associated parts. I installed the compressor, dye drier and service port and vacuumed. The unit went below 500 microns and then when tested, slowly lost vacuum. I found the RC evaporator had a very small leak and I removed and replaced it. I re-vacuumed the unit and it held after reaching below 500. I charged the unit with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. The unit cooled as designed and I discovered the right RC door gasket badly torn at the lower left corner. "Arrived to inspect washability. I entered service test mode and found 8/2 and 5/1 error codes stored in memory. I allowed the unit to proceed within service test mode and it drained, filled and I could hear circulation pump. The flow was very low and the arms would not rotate. I found debris had plugged the micro-perforations within the pump assembly and I disassembled and cleared. I reassembled and tested several times and all normal functions returned to the unit. I discussed detergent type and amount with the CX. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is giving the customer and LF error code. The customer advised they had really bad water in the city and that her unit would not draw in cold water. She also mentioned that the lid was breaking at the hinge. Did confirm both of the customers complaints and removed the cold water hose off the back of the unit. Tested the water flow from the wall valve and found good pressure. Replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Ordering the lid and left hinge for full repair. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher element bushings. Upon further inspection, I found the bushings to be incorrect and fall under the service pointer #W11540964. When I pulled the unit out from the cabinets, I found the unit had been leaking from the top panel on both the right and left sides (photos). When I pulled the insulation back, I found the tub cracked on the top at the front and left corners (photos). Also found where the element had leaked on the left side due to the bushings deteriorating (photos). I took several photos of the dry water streaks around the unit and also at the back near the bottom the tub (photo). Took a photo of the floor under the unit where water had leaked (photo). I didnt find any damage to the cabinets on either side or at the back of the unit. I turned the water off under the sink (photo of valve in off position) and advised the customer that the unit is not operable at this time. I checked entitlement and found the unit is under any extended warranty. Notified our claims office (MS) and was advised to not repair the element due to the current issues of the unit already leaking at other locations on the tub. I advised the customer and they advised that they still have to use the unit and the customer placed silicone on the cracks and wanted the element replaced. I advised that I had been instructed to not replace the element and recommended the customer contact the manufacturer. I had the customer sign a waiver of damages from working with water. Customer turned the water back on while I was still in the home and advised them not to due to further potential damages to the home. Unit placed back in its space and had customer sign for the ticket. Unit was not tested during service due to the signs of the tub leaking. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found water puddling in the fresh foods section on the top shelf just under the vents. I inspected the FC section and found ice built up around the vent openings to the RC section. Removed the evap cover and found the drain tube clogged. I removed the ice from the drip,pan and using my steamer, I cleared the drain tube. Cleaned the FC section from water from the steamer spray and tested the the drain tube again with hot water from the steamer and its clear of debris. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

The customer stated that now every time they open the oven and heat hits the console the console will reset, but not actually power off. Otherwise, the unit ran fine. I found the console bad. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with an ice maker leaking. On arrival the customer stated the ice maker had overflowed all the way onto the floor, and inside the unit they had frozen water running down the front of the shelves from the IM. I test the IM and found it no longer harvesting. I test the valve and found it as designed. I ixnstalled the IM and tested the unit. It is now working as designed and no leaks were observed at the end of service.Call complete."

"Arrived on site to further diagnose a heater issue. I contacted LM and was instructed to gain access the the RC heater and ohm it out. I did so and found it good. I then activated the heater and found voltage at the heater coming in from the chassis from white to ground and orange to ground, but not from orange to white. This indicates a possible wiring issue due to reverse polarity. I checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I gained access to the control and found the heater orange wire at P2-6 which is correct. I then checked voltage while the heater is activated and found from P2-6 to P70-3 only 12 volts which indicates a possible bad control. We then checked voltage to ground on both of those and found P2-6 getting 20VAC and P70-3 getting 46VAC. However, we are getting 120VAC with reverse polarity at the heater. This indicates a possible bad internal wiring issue as well. We then checked voltage to the FC from the control and found it good. I called techline and spoke to Scott and kept SR# 7733012426. Scott had me run through the test at the heater again but with the connector unplugged from the heater. Now the white to ground was getting 120VAC, but the orange to ground was only getting 20VAC. He then had me go back to the compressor area and observe the incoming harness to the chassis to see if it was wired incorrectly. However, we found the insulation had sprayed all over the connectors and we were not able to identify the connections properly. I informed the customer of my findings and provided them with the file number. Call complete."

"Arrived on site and inspected cooktop and found center orifice is clogged and after cleaning it it is working properly. Right hand rear and front burners can be lit with a candle lighter but spark is not reaching burner a cat. Attempted to disassemble cooktop to inspect electrodes and found all screws are seized. Screws would need to be drilled out and this would require replacing all of them, and orifice holders.

"Arrived onsite to inspect ice maker not making or dispensing ice. CX reports that the ice bin had a big block of ice in it. Tested ice bin and maker thermistors, fans, and temperatures. Unit passed all tests. I ran an ice maker diagnostics test and during the test the ice maker did not completely break all the ice out. This is causing the ice maker to over fill and make a block of ice down in the bin. I replaced the ice maker. I did find the ice maker door with a very small gap at the bottom and the separator door with a very small leak. CX decided to try the ice maker first and if it still has any issues we will need to replace the separator and the ice door. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dryer thats making a squealing sound does a tumbles. Inspected unit and worked area. Did confirm the customers complaint and disassembled the unit. Found three out of the four rollers would not turn as well as the idler pulley. Replaced all rollers and idler pulley and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer door latch not locking. Upon further inspection, I Tested the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. When I closed the door, the latch operated as designed. Customer advised that the issue of it not locking is intermittent. I tested in a normal wash and the door locked. Retested and it failed. I removed and replaced the latch and retested in diagnostics and it operated as designed. I retested in a normal wash by starting and pausing the cycle several times and each time it locked and unlocked as designed. I found the front panel damaged on the right side near the latch (photo) and advised the customer of my findings. I advised that due to this damage, its possible that the latch is not catching when the door is slammed. I demonstrated to the customer on how to close the door properly to any further issues. Advised too that if the door not locking continues to be an issue, the front panel will need to be replaced. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a wall oven with a strange smell. On arrival the customer already had the unit removed.

Arrived on site for water dispenser leaking at the dispenser. Inspected unit and work area. Found that the water valve to the icemaker and water dispenser was faulty. Arrived on site for the washing machine that is hard to start cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer also wanted me to check on the washability of the unit as they had mentioned the closedown seem to be coming out as clean as they expected. Ran the unit into diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran it through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Tested the unit in a clean washer cycle which they said they couldnt get to work and found the unit filling and starting to complete the clean cycle. I asked the customer to show me what they were having a problem with with the unit not starting and the customer wasnt pushing the button in all the way. Did inform the customer that this unit is seemingly working as designed as all of my testing tested every single component of the machine. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found it is in a garage. Homeowner states that timer will not stop on its own and it is not heating. Replaced timer and found 120 V from L1 to neutral, 120 V from L2 to neutral, but 0 V from L1 to L2. Took pictures. An electrician will be needed to correct incoming power at that time dryer should be heating properly."

Upon inspection I found that the burner had clogged orifices I cleared and adjusted them all and tested them and found that they all work as designed. I did make it know to cx that their left front burner knob is broken. Cx choose not to have it replaced today. Job complete.

Arrived onsite to inspect dryer making a lot of noise since last repair. I found that the vent hose was not attached. I opened up the unit and bypassed the door switch to test the unit with the front off. I found a buzzing sound coming between the bulkhead and the chassis. I added sound pads and tightened everything back up. I tested the dryer and it sound normal and is working as designed. I connected the vent hose. I advised the customer to get the house vents cleaned because of the build up I found in the chassis. I removed the lint. Call complete.
