When I pushed the dryer back it was vibrating slightly against the vent. Due to the length of the vent I could not completely fix this. I informed the customer. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine not completing a spin. On arrival the customer stated the unit will just end with soaked clothes still, but it will drain. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F0E4 for spin limit by water temp, F3E2 for inlet water temp fault, F7E9 for locked rotor, F0E5 for off balance, and F2E1 for stuck key. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and manually activated each component to find them working as designed. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found significant gearcase oil indicating a failing gearcase. I ohmd out the motor and found it within a good range. I then tested the shocks and found it bouncing aggressively indicating bad shocks. I informed the customer that this is the likely cause of the clothes not getting spun out causing an off balance load. In order to repair the unit it will need a new gearcase, slider, and shocks

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint was leaking water from the bottom of the freezer and icemaker not working. I tested icemaker and found the water valve seeping through and causing it to drip and freeze up and cause water to go all over the icemaker. I then inspected the water leaking and found the drain tube clogged. I unplugged the unit from the wall and I unclogged the tube and defrosted the ice that was build up on the freezer drip pan. Arrived on site for a dryer with long dry times. On arrival the customer stated it will take several cycles to dry. I found the unit was in the garage and they had set up a custom vent system. They had a long pipe that routed to a box with a filter in it. I found this filter completely obstructing airflow. I tested the units airflow with the filter in and found almost no airflow. I removed the filter and test it again to find perfect airflow. I found the unit as designed and walked the customer through my findings. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine not draining and getting a SUD error. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F0E2 for over suds, F9E1 for long drain , and F5E4 for door not open error. I cleared the error codes. I then tried to manually activate each component and run a test cycle. During this the drain pump was running the whole time and I found it draining extremely slow. I gained access to the drain filter and found a large piece of cloth in it. I removed this and ran the same tests again. I found the unit now working as designed. I also inspection the pressure hose and found it good. Call complete."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. On arrival the customer now had a video of the noise. It sounded as if it was a grinding noise. I installed the control and calibrated the unit. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it still working as designed. Upon further inspection I found several large items behind and under their washer. I found it rubbing up on the motor shield and allowing the shield to push up enough to hit the cam. This damaged the cam and could have been what caused the noise. I then removed the washplate and found a coin. I removed the coin. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. I used my floor protector to slide refrigerator out. I then turn off water supply to refrigerator and disconnected all water lines to gain access to the compressor and remove back cover. I then used my tank to recover refrigerant and unsolder the old compressor. Installed the new compressor and solder joints and access valve. Vacuum the system for about 15 min, vacuum was holding. I then charged the system with refrigerant and tested. Compressor sounded healthy. Disconnected and waited for pressures to equal. Reassembled unit and plugged back in. Advised CX to let unit cool for minimum of 24 hrs before using. Unit is now operating as designed no leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found dry water stains on the floor at the front left wheel (photo). When I opened the FC door, I found frost on the FC evap cover. Tested temps in the fresh foods section and found it to be 59 degrees. I inspected the center mullion and found a gal at the bottom right corner of the FC door gasket. Attempted to repair the gap and could not. Tested the ice maker and found no leaks when dispensing water into the tray. Tested the water dispenser and no leaks as well. I removed the filter and found it to be a generic filter and the seals not sealing properly causing the filter to leak (photos). Contacted techline and spoke to Drew and advised of the air gaps in the gaskets and he provided SR#7734406685 and advised he would send the file for review and someone would contact the owner within 24-48 hours. Sent photos to techline for verification. I advised the customer of this issue and provided the SR#. No further leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived onsite and tested oven for failing after preheat by tripping breaker. Customer stated that the unit symptom still intermittently tripped following previous repair. Unable to trip breaker running oven at 400f for 30 minutes. Advised customer that it is likely the issue is stemming from the fact that the breaker is not dedicated to the oven and the oven is not compatible with the GFCI. Advised asking an electrician about installing a non gfci breaker to be better suited to the oven.
