"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher element bushings. Upon further inspection, I found the element missing the bushings. When I pulled the unit out, I found minimal water damage to the cabinets on the left and right and the sheet rock at the rear of the unit. Also found the baseboards with minimal damage (photos). Per service pointer #W11540964, I removed and replaced the element and tested. Customer advised that they would not replace the cabinets or sheet rock that has damage as its minimal. Offered to leave the old element with customer and they chose to not take it. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service. Job completed."

I check the ignitor and found that the spark that if produced was not traveling into the path of the gas. I adjusted the ignitor thus changing the angle that the spark traveled and now the burner works as designed job complete no leaks at this time.

Arrived onsite for washer controls that are not working. Upon inspection I found that the unit was flashing the sensing light. I corrected this by pushing and holding the start/ cancel button for 3rds and the proceeds to test the unit and found that it operated as designed. Checked the cam and found it good I replace the shit actuator just in case it was failing and was not showing me at thei moment I time. I the ran a regular cycle on cold tap but to the fact the the cx didnt hav hot water at the house so the hot water valve was not hooked up. The unit spent a little longer in sensing maybe due to a slower then normal flow of water but the unit did work. No leaks found job complete.

"Arrived to inspect heating issue. I tested the unit and it had full function and heated as designed. I removed the unit for inspection and after discussing the issue with the CX, elected to remove and replace the magnetron, capacitor and diode. After reinstallation, I found the unit did not operate the fan in low speed during heating and it would no longer work manually as well. I removed the unit again and found the low speed connector within the fan plug assy was not fully seating and making intermittent contact, causing the fan to stop and the magnetron to stop heating via the thermistor. Magnetron, cap and diode wee required to correct likely damage from repetitive over temperature condition. Operational test good."

I spoke to the customer about running a clean cycle on the unit once every two months to prevent soap scum build up which can lead to over sudding.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested all components and unit is operating as designed. I tested in a normal wash mode and once the unit filled with water, it failed to turn on. I pressed the start button again no it began to fill then stopped and after a brief moment the unit began to wash. It has been an ongoing issue with this unit stopping mid-cycle and not draining. I placed the unit in diagnostics again and while testing the valve, I paused for approximately one minute and when I see the key to engage the motor, the unit got out of diagnostics and went into a normal wash ready mode. I removed the outer door panel and found where water had leaked in through the dispenser. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I pulled apart the burner heads and chamfered the ignitor ports, directing the gas towards the spark. I reassembled the unit and tested it. It is now working as designed. I ran a temp test on the oven at 375 and found it reaching temperature and holding properly. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer operating even when the unit is turned off and its not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit after plugging it in and found that when I press the door switch closed, the unit automatically turns on. I pressed the power button and turned the unit on and when I pressed the power button to turn it off, the drum continued to turn. I tested the control by unplugging connectors and found the power relay closed causing the unit to function even when turned off.I removed and replaced the control and retested and unit is operating as designed and heating properly. No lint observed during service, job completed."

And the fan was running I checked the thermistor and found that it was within specs. I gained access to the compressor/ condenser fan ad found that both were not running. I installed new start device and found no change I checked to voltage into the main control and found voltage there I checked for voltage and the Start device connector on the harness side and found no voltage same with condenser fan. Humidity is entering causing ice buildup and condensation in fresh food section. I added silicon around perimeter to remove any air gap between the liner and cabinet. Rearranged white spacers to raise freezer door up 1/8 of an inch to provide more contact from the magnetic strip. remove evaporator panel and insured there is no ice filled up around fan. No further repairs required at this time, job complete"
