"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the unit cooling well and the FC was at 5 F. I discussed the CX complaint and it was the unit would work fine and intermittently the temperature would climb and then afterwards, water would pool in the bottom of the unit and then it would start cooling normally until the next incident. Inspection of the unit revealed the FC door liner was allowing the gasket to pull up and get very near the top of the front lower border, allowing air to circulate into the FC chamber. The upper FC drawer was binding badly, preventing full closure of the door and plastic debris was found within adjacent areas to the rear and lower drawer slide areas. I removed the debris and applied MFG approved lubricant and the prior binding of the upper drawer and subsequent failure of the FC door slides to pull the door fully closed, was completely remedied. The right RC door gasket was torn in several places and the magnetic door strip could be seen as well. I tested the defrost system and found it working as designed and cycled the compressor multiple times, without fail. Office to order FC door and RH RC door gasket. "Arrived on site to inspect venthood not operating. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on to test and could hear the motor humming, but the blower wheel was not turning. I turned it by hand and found it rubbing against an object. As I was removing the blower from the hood, I found a screw at the top of the blower that was holding the blower to the hood. I removed the junction box cover and found when the unit was installed, a 2 inch screw was used on the ground wire and it was embedded in the blower housing making contact with the blower wheel and keeping it form turning (photo). I removed the screw and installed a green grounding screw and retested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. I notified the builder and provided a photo for them as well. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts, installed all parts ordered by previous tech. Used my heat gun to reform new door gasket and advised CX to keep doors closed for a minimum of 6hrs. Unit had frost on the freezer chamber just on the goods none build up on the evap cover. I explained to CX that its a must that doors dont stay open more than seconds because moisture will get up in the cooler sections and cause frost. No leaks where observed during service. Arrived onsite for refrigerator with an ice maker that wont dispense. Upon inspection I found that the freezer door switches connector was not settled properly resulting in the unit thinking that the door was open all the time I resettled the connector and tested the unit several times and found unit operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, customer advised water leaks from the front lower right corner every few days. I opened the freezer door and found a slab of ice at the bottom of the FC section. Disassembled the FC section and found the right door bracket damaged. Removed the ice and found the drain tube clogged. Pulled the unit out and found the drain tube gapped. Removed the drain tube and found pieces of insulation wedged inside the drain tube. Removed the debris and using my steamer, removed the remaining ice from the FC evaporator drip pan and cleared the drain tube. Re-installed the drain tube at the back and sealed with silicone. Installed a new right door bracket and reassembled the FC section and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F6E4 for float switch open. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit ran through as designed. However, at the end of the cycle there were excessive suds. I found the customer had a water softener. I walked the customer through proper soap usage via the user care guide. I advised them to run a clean cycle on the unit to remove some excess soap build up. I also informed them if it continues we may need to replace the dispenser, for it could be dispensing to much rinse aid. I found the unit running as designed at the time of service.

Arrived on site for washer not completing the cycle. I spoke to the customer about the warranty and with this unit not being commercial approved and being used in a commercial environment. I let them know that we can service it but there will be a charge and we cannot guarantee the work. I found the unit badly out of level and the drain line not installed with a high loop. I checked diagnostics and found fault codes for out of balance and long fill. I corrected the level of the washer and secured the drain tube so it has a high loop. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found it working as designed.

I unplugged the unit and verified the three-way-valve (TWV) could be heard having difficulties going to the default all-open position after power reset and then removed and replaced the faulty coil assembly. I installed the replacement and performed testing and found the audible issues were fully corrected and positive actuation could audibly be detected, including the sound of the flow of refrigerant to the correct evaporators within test mode. I advised the CX to monitor temperatures and if there are further issues, the TWV mechanical assembly would be required. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site and found saved error codes F0E2, F7E3. Ran all functions in manual diagnostic cycle and everything passed, test 51 and calibration 52 will also pass. Customer experienced issue with delicate cycle. Began delicate cycle and it started at 47 min, jumped to 53 then 54 progressed to 44 min sat idle for 5 min then drained. Went from 34 then 38 min added some water at 37 min then sat idle drained at 36 then sat idle, drained again dropped to 34, then dropped to 27 drained again at 26 ran drain pump for several minutes then raised to 28 min and added water then raised to 35 min. Spoke with techline and Reported everything observed and they said it was likely a logic problem in the control board 7734423036.

"Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the unit slightly below room temperature and checked pressures. After equalization, the unit was 70/70 psi. I tested with the compressor running and found low at 15 of mercury and high at 225 after several minutes, likely indicating a restriction. I recovered the refrigerant and then blew it out with nitrogen and during that operation, I found reddish water within the system and exiting through the drier connector. I then pressurized system to 275 psi and it dropped to 260 in 17 minutes. There were no signs of leaks on either evaporator or any accessible tubing within the entire chassis. I isolated the Yoder loop, compressor and condenser separately and had the same loss. Due to visibility and testing of the compressor and condenser and ensuring no issues there, the unit is due to internal lines that cannot be accessed. I will refer this unit to management. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for washing machine not filling up enough in wrinkle control setting. I put the unit into a diagnostics cycle and found no fault codes. I spoke to the customer about what the settings for wrinkle control are, that it doesnt auto sense itll fill to a certain setting, medium, automatically. I advised the customer to set wrinkle control to high and max fill when washing shirts. I placed the stop,back on the rail and tested the rack functions and it is operating as designed. I recommended replacing the stops with the same stops that are on the back of the rack rails and the customer agreed to it. I removed the front stops and replaced them with rear stops and tested operation. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for dishwasher not washing and flashing error codes. I inspected the unit and found fault codes F9e2 f8e4 f9e1. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found water running over the right front edge. I releveled the unit and it stopped leaking. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for RC not cooling properly. Found RC evap thermistor was reading 57 degrees and covered in ice. Replaced evap cover kit/assembly. Unit working as designed.

"JM: Arrived onsite to inspect long preheat times on range. CX reports that it is taking 30min+ to preheat to 450. I tested amp draw on both heating elements. Broil was 14.2 amps and bake was 10.8 amps. Tested at 350?, Hi-cycle 375?, low-cycle 344?. I put a -10? offset and tested again. Second cycle: Hi-cycle 364?, low-cycle 334?. The unit is now taking 15min to go from cold to 450?. Operational test good. Call complete."

Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Dis however notice that the unit is experiencing poor air flow. Unit is heating but is not able to push moist air out. Recommended customer shorten vent hose to 3-4 ft and have a company do an external ventilation cleaner. Job complete"

Arrived on site to test unit for FC ice maker not making ice. Found something was holding gears up. Freed gears and ice maker ran diagnostics no issues. Advised customer to monitor and if issue persists recommend replacing FC ice maker. No leaks detected. Job complete.
