"Arrived onsite for a rang that has orange flames, sounds like a blowtorch and smells like gas when in use. Upon arrival I checked for gas leaks and found none. I check t flams on the cooktop and the oven back burner and found them orange. I check for contamination in the gas feed line and found that there was Excess pipe Sealant in it I clean it out was best I could and reinstalled it and Double checked for leaks and found none. Tested unit again and found less orange in the flame cut the was still a Blowtorch like sound. I check that if the regulator was sent to the correct Fuel as the unit is using NG after setting it to NG the torch sound was gonna but the flam still had some orange at the tips Possibly due to some residual contamination in the gas lines. I explained all this to the cx. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for right side large oven not heating properly. Found igniter was not plugged in. Plugged igniter in and found flames were excessively large and yellow. Found ovens were not converted from NG to LP. Converted ovens, unit working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop middle burner not operating and customer needing a knob. Upon further inspection, I found the far left knob stainless peeling off. I tested the cooktop burners and found all burners operating as designed except the middle burner would not ignite. I found the ignitor arcing to the sides instead of straight up. I inspected the burner head and turned it around and retested and the unit is operating as designed. Customer wanted to purchase the burner head and knob for the unit. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived to inspect blower speed issue. I found the unit appeared to only have one speed. Upon further inspection, I could hear the motor straining as the speed was turned up. I removed the venting and tested and the unit operated as designed with clearly different speeds. The outlets used for this installation are not of a type that I have seen before and appear to be a vacuum breaker type of pvc cap. The outlet gap between the cap and riser pipe is only 1/2 and calculating that with an average circumference of 23 yields approximately 3.6 of air space. This is much less than the MFG recommended 6 diameter minimum and also the type of outlet forces the air to make a 180* change in direction, which is also advised against. I recommend replacing the existing stand pipe system with the MFG recommended wall cap with built in damper and pest screen."

"Arrived to inspect drain issue. I found debris within the strainer and I removed it. The CX advised me that the bellow would not drain and I found and removed a large amount of debris from the lower bellow drain and during removal, discovered the bellow was wearing through and had two pinholes in it. I removed and replaced the bellow and tested. I discussed detergent type and amounts with the CX and advised to refrain from pre-measured detergent pods. The drain did not have a safety strap and I added one. Operational test good, no leaks of the water supply observed during service

Arrived onsite for a washer that is leaking and would sometimes stop washing. Upon inspection I found that the dispenser would leak when I ran unit in quick wash. I reaped the dispenser and tested unit and found that the was another leak at the door due to pet heir buildup I clean it up and tested and found the the leaks had stopped. I tested unit again using the pods the cx unit in the manner in which she uses them and found that the unit started flashing SD on display and it stopped washing. I then advised cx to switch to the liquid detergent and to use on up to the first line in the Measuring cup No matter the load size and they should help with this issue. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for middle drawer not closing properly. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the middle drawer sticking. I replaced the drawer and both rails I found it still sticking. I found the rails not seating all the way in the slots. I removed the evaporator cover and fan scroll, and retested the drawer. I found the rail still not seating properly making the drawer stick. I called techline and spoke to Anthony, I advised him of my findings and sent in pictures of rails. He advised the liner is bowed causing the rails to bend inward pinching the drawer. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking. On arrival the customer stated that the unit appeared to leak the entire tub of water on the very first cycle they ran it. Upon further inspection I did not see and visible sign of water damage. The customer stated they found and cleaned the leak relatively quick. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E4 for overfill, F9E2 for drain motor electrical problem, F8E1 for no water, F8E2 for inlet water electrical problem, and F9E1 for not draining. I cleared the error codes. I then started a diagnostics cycle and found it aggressively leaking from a crack in the back top left of the tub. I put a picture of it in SD. I found no other leak on the unit. I am ordering the tub and a two hour job; ordrng 1 W11409866 (Tub)"

Arrived on site for a washing machine that had a control blow prior last repair. I ohmd out all components and found the drain pump read 1.3 ohm. This is significantly out of range and is most likely what shorted the control. I replaced h the drain pump and control. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and test it. I found the unit now running as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete.

"JM: Arrived onsite to inspect washer. CX reports that unit door lock does not work and that the unit squeals while running. I found error codes F5E1, F2E1. I ran a service diagnostics test. Unit failed door lock test. Manually tested door lock and it failed once every three times there as well. I could here it activating, but it wouldnt lock. Tested spin cycle and I could not reproduce the squeals the CX was reporting. I tested the suspension and it passed the test, it has very little play in it. I talked with the CX that it could be producing the squeal, but that its not worth replacing at this time. Unit needs the door lock assembly replaced. R/R door lock assembly and tested unit. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Call complete."

JM: Arrived onsite to inspect dishwasher. I found that the right wheels on the adjuster were broken and that both the stoppers were missing. Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is freezing in the rc. Found diffuser not opening and closing and replaced diffuser. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with an ice maker that doesnt work and the unit is making a loud chugging noise. On arrival the customer provided a video of the sound and it appeared to be the compressor valves rattling. I checked temps and found the FC at 8?F when set to 3?F and the RC at 40?F when set to 34?F. I gained access to the RC door harness and found two wires damage and two completely severed going to the IM. They were to close the the door to repair. This is why the IM is not working. I then gained access to the back of the unit and found the RC drain line was missing and the unit was dripping directly into the bottom of the unit. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found fill cup and tube frozen. Thawed line and cup and tested. Also found ice maker on switch is reversed. On is off and off is on. Notified customer. After lines were cleared and ice maker was on, tested. Unit is functioning properly. No leaks present at this time. "Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the unit cooling well and the FC was at 5 F. I discussed the CX complaint and it was the unit would work fine and intermittently the temperature would climb and then afterwards, water would pool in the bottom of the unit and then it would start cooling normally until the next incident. Inspection of the unit revealed the FC door liner was allowing the gasket to pull up and get very near the top of the front lower border, allowing air to circulate into the FC chamber. The upper FC drawer was binding badly, preventing full closure of the door and plastic debris was found within adjacent areas to the rear and lower drawer slide areas. I removed the debris and applied MFG approved lubricant and the prior binding of the upper drawer and subsequent failure of the FC door slides to pull the door fully closed, was completely remedied. The right RC door gasket was torn in several places and the magnetic door strip could be seen as well. I tested the defrost system and found it working as designed and cycled the compressor multiple times, without fail. Office to order FC door and RH RC door gasket. "Arrived on site to inspect venthood not operating. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on to test and could hear the motor humming, but the blower wheel was not turning. I turned it by hand and found it rubbing against an object. As I was removing the blower from the hood, I found a screw at the top of the blower that was holding the blower to the hood. I removed the junction box cover and found when the unit was installed, a 2 inch screw was used on the ground wire and it was embedded in the blower housing making contact with the blower wheel and keeping it form turning (photo). I removed the screw and installed a green grounding screw and retested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. I notified the builder and provided a photo for them as well. Arrived on site for cooktop burner heads rusting. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the front left burner head rusted through. I found the front left and right burners not igniting. I removed the assemblys and found the burner heads rusting out below and two ignitors broken. I recommend replacing all 4 heads and the front two ignitors.; ordrng 4 74004053 (Ignitors)s

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is not cooling. Upon arrival I installed the evap and found no frost pattern but a ice ball on the cap tube. I gained access to the back of the unit where I found the compressor running, I unplugged unit and plugged it back in to test the startup amps and found that the unit would spike to 14amps and the as the unit began to run the amps dropped. .6amps,.5amps, .4.8amps. All this leads me to believe that theres a sealed system issue I am ordering 1x ss 2rh. "Arrived on site to inspect venthood discolored and scratched. Upon further inspection, I found the chimney discolored and found no scratches. Using my stainless steel cleaner, I cleaned the chimney and hood and advised the customer that there is nothing wrong with the either part; they just needed to be cleaned properly. I made recommendations for use and care. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for lighting issue and found freezer lighting failure. Replaced the freezer light to repair. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.

Arrived onsite for MS HAS HAD 4 ELECTRICIANS OUT . Upon arrival removed unit from cabinet to inspect. Found that the unit had Ben dropped and crushed near high voltage components. uploaded pics on SD. Also found mounting bracket is not secured. Called techline for assistance. Tech determined that there is not a repair for me to make today under warranty and said that customer can call customer service if she needs to. Tech gave SR#7734432189. Could not re install unit to cabinet for safety reason.customer asked to place unit in garage . Job complete

Arrived on site for condensation on top of ice maker housing on door . Slight adjustment to FZ hinges. Used perma-gum on top corner of door to slightly push gasket to better met cabinet . No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete
