Arrived on site for a dryer that is making noises during operation. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and disassembled the unit. Found a dent on the right rear panel that caused the blower wheel housing to be somewhat dislodged and rub up against the blower wheel when the unit was running. Knocked out the dent and repositioned the blower wheel housing back to its original location. Tested the unit in the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not disclosing the soap out of the dispenser. I inspected the unit and work area. I confirmed the customer is using pods. And they do put them in the dispenser and sometimes at the bottom of the unit. I found no fault codes. I ran a cycle and visually verified all three levels do come on and spray. I pulled the second level spray arm and the manifold and found them clear of debris and allowing water to flow. I pulled the inlet funnel on top of the motor and found it clear. Based on the picture the customer provided I found the dispenser only partially opened with the pod stuck. I called techline and spoke to Adrian, SR# 7734534463. He advised the pod may be getting the dispenser door stuck and not allowing it open fully. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer making a noise but wont start a load. Upon further inspection, I plugged the unit in and immediately the drain pump came on. I cancelled the drain pump and placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long fill. I tested the unit in manual test mode and found the hot water valve is bad. I removed and replaced the valve and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. Made recommendations for use and care. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow and found poor airflow in the two tests performed that failed. I opened the unit door and pressed the door switch closed and tested and found the unit would heat, but within approximately 5 seconds the flame would shut off. I disconnected the vent hose at the back of the unit and retested and the unit operated as designed. I recommended that the customer have the vents cleaned and provided a referral to a dryer vent cleaning company. No lint observed within the unit, job completed."

Upon arrival confirmed issue and upon further testing found failures in the thermostats built into the diffuser as well as the spring mechanism to the diffuser door motor broken not allowing proper temperature regulations to vent. Upon further inspection I found that the reservoir was leaking from the cap which can cause there not to be Enough water in the Reservoir to make good ice and itll also cause the External drain pump to continuously run I removed the cap and cleaned and Tightened it back down and tested the unit and found that the leak was gone . I ran the machine until it formed a sheet of ice on the evap plate.job complete.
