I found that the pan is still partially warped, but the main issue is that the drip pan is not sealed to the drain hole in the liner and that the drip pan with the smaller nozzle was installed, but it needs the drip pan with the larger noses installed and it needs to be sealed to the liner with Permagum. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has dim lights in the refrigerator and freezer sections and is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the both customer complaints and found the unit had a service pointer for the light module (W11460554 - special project S191AQ). Attempted to remove the freezer module but found the connector piece formed into the cabinet. Spliced off the wires off the existing module and replaced the module with a new module. Found the light began to illuminate inside the freezer and refrigerator section. Tested the unit and diagnostics on the icemaker and found all tests pass except the icemaker error codes test. It registered an E5 (timed ice making) indicating a motor or thermistor issue. The customer agreed to the repair. Replaced the icemaker and tested the unit and diagnostics. Everything began to work and operate as designed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that will lock and then do nothing after starting a cycle. On arrival the customer also pointed out some rusting on the unit and the water lines that had significant corrosion. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F7E5 for shifter failure, F3E2 for water temp fault, and F2E1 for stuck key. I cleared the error codes. I then activated each component manually. On testing the cold alive I went to insect for leaks and the line snapped off due to rust. I turned the water at the wall off. I then tried to run a spin but it would not work. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found significant rust and gearcase oil. I removed the rotor and found significant rust under it. Upon further inspection nI also found the LED on the console bleeding through. In order to repair the unit it will need a new console, valve, gearcase, rotor, stator, slider, and shifter.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine with the unit leaking from the dispenser. On arrival the customer stated that sometimes it will leak out of the front and under the dispenser. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F0E5 for off balance load. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics test and manually activated each component to find the unit running as designed. I could not replicate the leak. I installed the new dispenser and test the unit. I found it working as designed with no leak present.

"JM: Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I punctured the drier and found that the sealed system still had a full charge. I removed the three way valve, connected nitrogen to the RC capillary tube and was able to blow nitrogen through it. Proving there was no restriction in the RC capillary tube. Installed compressor, drier, three way valve and ran test 40 and found that there was a frost pattern developing on the RC evaporator. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Due to the oven door inner handle brackets being bent, the screws missing and the screws missing at the bottom the door, I removed and replaced the brackets and installed the screws. I removed and replaced the door gasket due to it being damaged and removed and replaced the switch harness and spark ignitor and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer clean the middle and back right burner heads as the unit warranty will not cover the replacement due to the amount of cooking oils/grease on them. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven catching fire. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the upper oven on their range began to produce heavy smoke and they feared it was on fire. I tested the oven on Bake at 370 degrees .Ike the customer had the last time they used it and monitored the unit. I found the metal plate with the broil element had old cooking grease/oils on it and they were getting hot and smoking (photos). I advised the customer of my findings and contacted Whirlpool Safety and advised them of my findings. They documented my findings and added info to Ref #7734487083. No repairs needed at this time, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner not igniting. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found the front left burner takes too long to ignite and all burners flames needed adjusting. I removed the front left burner head and found slivers of metal in the gas flow ports closest to the ignitor. I removed the slivers and adjusted the burner head and re-installed and tested. Adjusted all flames and retested unit and it is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was not starting cycles. Checked error codes and found error for slow drain. Unit was caught in a drain loop due to reading pressure. I could feel water in the drain line. Ran unit and could hear/feel the drain motor working. Found drain hose is attached to another hose somewhere in the wall, and drains through a garden hose outside. Found that hose is kinked and causing a no drain condition. Once I unkinked the hose I ran the drain. It is now draining but super slow due to a small diameter garden hose. Customer advised they need to have a plumber come out and install a correct large diameter drain solution, since unit can not drain with all the back pressure from the small hose. Unit itself is working as designed, just needs to have drain resolved by plumber. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for the refrigerator that is popping the freezer door open when they close the refrigerator door abruptly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that if they close the door softly, the freezer door does not pop open but if they slam the door shut that he does pop the door open. Checked all gaskets and found all gasket sealing properly. Did explain to the customer that because of air distribution inside of her refrigerator and the fact that they have open air channels from the refrigerator compartment to the freezer compartment, when they slam the door, air pushes up into the freezer and can pop the door open with enough pressure. The customer did state that they are not having any other issues with temperature, moisture, or frost in either compartment. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."
