Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is freezing item. Upon arrival I gained access to the evaporator found an ice ball in the upper right corner covering the thermostat and tested thermistor founded reading in spaces. I left unit running for about 30 minutes and defrost pattern did not go past the suction line and then get access to the compressor running pulling .76 Amps. I unplug the unit and plugged it in again and on start up the compressor pulled 10 A and then shut off I did this about three times and then eventually the compressor started running again pulling the same .76amps. JM: Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator freezer freezing up. I found that a layer of frost had built up on the left freezer rail. I checked on how the freezer door was closing and found a quarter inch gap on the left side of the door. I defrosted the freezer compartment and found that the lower freezer bin was not seated correctly. I tested the defrost heater on the unit and it was operating as designed. Frost build up was due to freezer door not closing all the way because the lower bin was not seated properly. Adjusted bin and tested door. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has dim lights in the refrigerator and freezer sections and is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the both customer complaints and found the unit had a service pointer for the light module (W11460554 - special project S191AQ). Attempted to remove the freezer module but found the connector piece formed into the cabinet. Spliced off the wires off the existing module and replaced the module with a new module. Found the light began to illuminate inside the freezer and refrigerator section. Tested the unit and diagnostics on the icemaker and found all tests pass except the icemaker error codes test. It registered an E5 (timed ice making) indicating a motor or thermistor issue. The customer agreed to the repair. Replaced the icemaker and tested the unit and diagnostics. Everything began to work and operate as designed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that will lock and then do nothing after starting a cycle. On arrival the customer also pointed out some rusting on the unit and the water lines that had significant corrosion. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F7E5 for shifter failure, F3E2 for water temp fault, and F2E1 for stuck key. I cleared the error codes. I then activated each component manually. On testing the cold alive I went to insect for leaks and the line snapped off due to rust. I turned the water at the wall off. I then tried to run a spin but it would not work. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found significant rust and gearcase oil. I removed the rotor and found significant rust under it. Upon further inspection nI also found the LED on the console bleeding through. In order to repair the unit it will need a new console, valve, gearcase, rotor, stator, slider, and shifter.

"Arrived onsite to inspect oven not maintaining heat. I found that the oven was set to LP when installed, but the oven is running off of natural gas. I adjusted the valve for natural gas and adjusted the valve opening. Tested unit temperature. Unit fired immediately at 350?. Tested unit multiple times to make sure heat came back on after reaching preheat temperature. Unit reignites as designed. Operational test good. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed compressor, ran test with watt meter, compressor powered on and gradually increased to 161 Watts but next 3 minutes was slowly decreasing to 105 watts, 50% in watts drop did not occur, pumped unit with Nitrogen, held pressure for 15 minutes, replaced compressor with Orion board, system held hood vacuum for 20 minutes, charged unit 4.65oz, spoke to AH on proper pressures, all seems to be running as designed, evaporators developed a frost pattern, advised customer to monitor to see if ice production resumes, at this time job complete"

"JM: Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I punctured the drier and found that the sealed system still had a full charge. I removed the three way valve, connected nitrogen to the RC capillary tube and was able to blow nitrogen through it. Proving there was no restriction in the RC capillary tube. Installed compressor, drier, three way valve and ran test 40 and found that there was a frost pattern developing on the RC evaporator. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site all previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the oven door inner handle brackets being bent, the screws missing and the screws missing at the bottom the door, I removed and replaced the brackets and installed the screws. I removed and replaced the door gasket due to it being damaged and removed and replaced the switch harness and spark ignitor and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer clean the middle and back right burner heads as the unit warranty will not cover the replacement due to the amount of cooking oils/grease on them. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven catching fire. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the upper oven on their range began to produce heavy smoke and they feared it was on fire. I tested the oven on Bake at 370 degrees .Ike the customer had the last time they used it and monitored the unit. I found the metal plate with the broil element had old cooking grease/oils on it and they were getting hot and smoking (photos).
