I tilted the unit back and found a small amount of water on the floor at the front right corner. I retested the unit and tested the recirculating pump and found water leaking out from the tub ring. I found where grooves are cut out on the ring from the factory and when the water stops flowing from the hose, water is trickling down the tub ring to where the cutouts are and leaking out of the ring as the cutout is too deep and is all the way through the plastic. Arrived onsite for washer found this apartment was having dryer issue. On inspection there was no power! Tested the outlet and was 242vac at the wall. Gain access to terminal block and when I went to plug it in it sparked. On further inspection the L1 wire had melted into the the ground wire causing the spark. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is making a beeping noise. Upon arrival I checked the ui and found that the ui was loosely fitted in the door, I replaced it with a new one. Upon further inspection I found that the freezer door leaning forward at the top, away from the door switches. I adjusted the door so now it is sitting straight up and down give it it the best chance to actuate the door switch properly. I then Leveled unit as I was doing so I found the the right door gasket was torn I am ordering x1 door gasket. ; ordrng 1 W10830055 (GASKET-FIP)"

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven bottom panel and cooktop burners. Upon further inspection, I tested the cooktop burners and all are operating as designed. The customer provided a video of the issue they were seeing which was the burner flames too large on one side due to the burner cap not being positioned correctly. I demonstrated to the customer how those flames are produced and demonstrated when the caps are corrected. Also, I found the oven bottom panel bent on the bottom right corner. I adjusted the panel and reset it into place, but the panel is not fitting properly due to the damage. I am ordering the bottom panel and scheduled return service for 10/04/22. No gas leaks detected during service.;

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner flames. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found the back right burner flame goes low when using other burners. I adjusted the flame on the burner and retested and it is operating as designed. When I removed the burner cap, I found baking soda in the burner head ports restricting the gas flow which is why the flame was going low when using other burners. Cleaned the burner head and retested and it is operating as designed. I found the front right and left burners were taking longer than normal to ignite and when they do ignite, the flame is shooting out causing soot on the burner heads. I attempted to adjust the burner head gas ports and it continued to take too long to ignite. I removed and replaced the front left burner head and retested and it is operating as designed. I contacted techline to report my findings and spoke to Bruce and advised of the complaint and my findings. Bruce recommend checking gas pressures and replace the burner heads and caps and check orifices per service pointer #W11438074 and provided SR#7734687481. I am ordering the orifice kit per SP and CNOTE-LSO and will return with the front right burner head. I found the RH RC door gasket torn at the bottom corner on the mullion side and I could see into the RC section. Office to authorize and order the gasket and contact the CX to arrange return service. Tested the icemaker and was not harvesting, tested the defrost heater and was good, tested the evap fans also good. They would also have to Defrost the the entire unit for 48hrs and then turn it back on for 24hrs and let it cool.

"JM: Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator leaking from under the unit. I found signs of water under the unit on the CX tile. I also found that on the suction side of the capillary tube there was a few drops of water clinging to the tube. I found a block of ice at the bottom of the FC frozen in the drain tube and frozen in the pan. Some ice was beginning to form on the evaporator, but only a small amount. I used my shop-vac and steamer to remove the ice and checked to make sure the obstruction in the drain tube was cleared. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Call complete

Arrived onsite to inspect dishwasher not draining. I tested the drain pump and the pump is struggling to turn while not under load. I tested the drain pump with water and he pump does nothing. "Arrived onsite for range oven not heating. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found ignitor not glowing. Ran amp Chen and was pulling intermittent 2.5 amps, then 0amps. Ran voltage test to igniter and was receiving 120 vac for 7-10 seconds, the 0vac. Found board was faulty, not providing constant voltage to ignition. Replaced board and tested. "Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found it is not draining. Found a piece of glass inside of drain pump keeping it from moving. After clearing glass drain pump is working properly. Also found a reverse osmosis system is sharing the drain connection on the garbage disposal. Recommended to homeowner that this be changed it has the potential to overflow the dishwasher.

Arrived on site for a wall oven with no power. I gained access to the fuse and ohmd it out. I found it open indicating a bad fuse. I installed the fuse and the unit became responsive. I then preheat the oven to 350?F and found it working as designed.

Arrived on site for range damage. I spoke to the customer and found out the dishwasher clean light is blinking continually. I inspected the unit and found fault code f8e4 overflow switch. I gained access to the drip pan and found the valve leak from the inlet side. I found the inlet loose. I tightened the inlet line and found the unit no longer leaking. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a vent hood making abnormal noises. Upon further inspection I found a significant amount of broken tile and debris in the blower motor cavity. I removed the blower and cleared all debris. The noise was no longer present. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine with a loud grinding noise during agitate. On arrival the customer stated the sound does not occur during spin, but at the beginning of the cycle when it begins to agitate. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found everything in good shape. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then manually activated the spin and agitate to find no abnormal noise. Upon further inspection I found several coins under the washplate. Due to this I removed the washplate and doing so I also found the washplate extremely rusted and stripped. I replaced the washplate and removed the coins. I then ran a small load of clothes and let them agitate. I had to customer monitor the sound with me and we both found it as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I evacuated the system and found a large amount of oil within the lines and ensured it was all cleared. This is likely the cause of the failed compressor and the unit was laid on its side by the installer or during shipping prior to being installed in the CXs home. I removed and replaced the compressor, dye drier and service port and pressure tested the system. Seeing no drop, I vacuumed to 410 microns and then monitored for an additional 15 minutes. With no loss of vacuum, I charged the system with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. The ice maker fascia to door gasket required reseating due to a badly folded gasket. The unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

BT arrived on site to inspect range. I found that some of the burners wouldnt ignite easily. Some of the burner caps were on the wrong burner heads. I realigned them to where they are supposed to be. I then modified and cleaned the outer burner heads so they will ignite easier. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not drain and spin. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they just moved into a new house and they were able to run the washer one time but then the next cycle I did not complete and they have not been able to get the unit to drain. I did confirm the customer complaints. Tested resistance through the drain pump and found proper resistance. I tested voltage at the drain pump and found proper voltage. Went ahead and replace the drain pump and tested the unit. Found the unit kick on and attempted drain again. Found water pressure building up inside the drain hose due to the customer having a closed drain. I asked the customer about where the unit drains off to and she advised that the o code pipe runs about 30 feet around the house and out towards the driveway. I explain to the customer that these units arent strong enough to push water out that far with a closed drain due to equalization of pressure and siphoning. Advise the customer that the washer is working properly and that they need to update their drain situation. Call complete.; used 1 W10919003 (Drain pump) from stock

Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator not cooling. I checked temperature and the RC was at 37 degrees but the FC was bouncing between 29-30 degrees never dropping below 29 degrees. I inspected the FC evaporator and found a block of ice at the cap tube on the evaporator. I checked for refrigerant leaks and found none. I checked for refrigerant leaks on the RC evaporator and found none. I found no dye in the compressor compartment other than over spray from previous work. I checked pressures in test 4 and found it appeared the system had a low charge and there is still a restriction on the FC side. I removed the refrigerant and vacuumed the system then charged it with 5.50 ozs of R134A. I ran test 4 again and found my equalized pressures at 45 where they were at 37 psi prior. I found RC pressures at 11 low and 130 high. I found my FC pressures at 7 low and 165 high. I can still hear the refrigerant struggling at the evaporator but it sounded better. I explained to the customer to monitor the FC temp. If the customer calls back and states there is still an issue we need to return with the 3 way valve and a access valve along with nitrogen to see if the issue is the valve or the capillary tube. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for Too Warm in Refrigerator Compartment . Upon arrival inspected unit and found sheet of ice on entire base of FC. Removed evaporator cover and found clogged drain. Drain in FC is completely clogged with insulation. Called techline for assistance. Tech deemed unit up repairable and gave Sr#7734676559. Job complete

Arrived onsite for previously ordered parts. Replaced drawer assembly. Test unit and unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Upon further disassembly of unit I found the cause of failure was the roller kit as well as idler pulley. Arrived onsite for for a refrigerator that is having issues dispensing water. Up inspection I found that the unit dispensing water upon further inspection I found that the cx had a aftermarket filter in the unit that could be causing issues. I found ice maker operating as designed no ice buildup on evap and I found the damper operating properly. Found that the. Reservoir was not frozen and the return vent clear. I advised cx to switch a every drop filter for her Particular model. Unit operating as designed job complete.
