Upon arrival was able to confirm issue and found following results for thermistors: Fc thermistor 10.7k, rc thermistor 6.1k, ice bin thermistor 7.3k, rc evap thermistor 8.2k. found no failures in the RC compartment but I did find a partial defrost issue in the freezer indicating unit was going to defrost too early and shutting down too quickly causing ice to build around the fan due to a failing by metal thermostat. Was able to replace evaporator fan motor in FC as well as high-voltage control and inform customer to give unit 24 hours to stabilize tips. Call complete"

The unit would register a vent error message and I found excessive debris at the vent out let and removed it. Subsequent testing showed the error resolved. Checked power to the unit and found proper voltage and polarity. Checked voltage to the user interface and found proper voltage. Opens it replaced the user interface and tested the unit. Tried to reseat and could not get console to power on again. Was going to replace console but found new one also had a disconnected ribbon cable and the fascia trim was broken. Attempted to reseat ribbon cable in original console and was able to get it to power on. Once I did it threw an F6E1 error for not able read control. Replaced control. Retested and verified all functions correct and its now starting cycles. Call complete.

"Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the unit with no cooling ability and the compressor was running. The CX advised me it had operated about 15 days after the last repair. I checked pressures and found at rest, 1 psi within the system. I pressurized the entire system to 140 psi and found no leaks on any accessible joints in the lower unit area, or the evaporator area as well. I isolated the high side to include the compressor, condenser and Yoder and found a pressure drop of 3 psi in 15 min. But only observable when pressurized to above 200 psi and the drop notated occurred at 250 psi. I then isolated the Yoder and retested and found the same results, when the compressor and condenser were included. I contacted the MFG tech line, Chris. Advised of my findings and was given SR# 7734736511. The unit has been submitted for replacement due to a leak within the cabinet that is not repairable. The CX will be contacted by the MFG to arrange replacement. No leaks observed during service."

On arrival the customer stated he was washing heavy mats on extra fast and the unit would not spin and they came out soaking wet. He stopped the cycle and put it on a drain & spin on the fast setting, but the same thing occurred. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F5E4 for door not opened between cycles, F5E3 for for door unlock error, F5E2 for door lock error, and F8E3 for overflow condition. "Arrived on site for a washing machine showing a maintenance error on the UI. On arrival the customer stated it appeared to be some sort of error code on the screen and they were unsure what it was. They also found the unit walking forward and shaking excessively. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it ran through as designed. I then gained access to the bottom of the unit and found significant gearcase oil indicating a failing gearcase, which is most likely causing the excessive shaking. I checked the suspension and found it fine. I found the unit had a 5 year Home Depot warranty and advised the customer to reach out to them for the repair.

"Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the unit powered up, but there was no compressor. The UI would respond to single button presses, but not to two keys at the same time and would not go into service mode or change cooling status. After unplugging for 30 seconds and re-applying power, the unit started up and operated as normal. It had been off in the prior condition for several days and was fully warm. I suspect the control issue due to excessive moisture within the chassis and the MFG tech agreed with the possibility. The compressor only drew .85 amps after five minutes and should have been higher, however, cooling was apparent. The compressor was loud, but there was a much louder vibration from within the cabinet and I found the evaporator fan shaft bent enough to cause the issue, even with the blades removed. I suspect ice in the evaporator as the cause for the bent shaft. Further inspection revealed the lower mullion area was gapped due to mis-manufacture and I contacted MFG tech Andrew. File# 7734721362 and advised of my findings.
