Ive been on site for a fridge not cooling properly. Upon arrival confirm complaint and found temps in FC not going below 15? and temps in RC above 50. Upon further inspection I found condenser fan and compressor running as well as all lights on but found the evaporator fan not functioning at all. Found no failures in any of the door switches and could not get any Voltage When evaporator fan harness was connected or disconnected from Molex connector and liner of FC. Found that when door switches were all activated properly there was 12.7 DC volts coming from the high-voltage control yet still no power coming from the harness connection in FC. Found unit has a broken wire in liner. Will need findings reported to techline in order to resolve issue. Call complete

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator lights not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the fresh foods section lighting seemed dim. I removed the light cover and found all modules functioning properly. Arrived on site for dryer making screeching noise. Upon arrival confirmed issue . After disassembly of unit I found idler wheel had melted as well as back right roller supporthad also failed. Upon further inspection, I found the vent hose at the back of the unit was torn/damaged and not fully attached to the back of the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven with no power. Upon further inspection, I found the breaker on to the unit but the display was blank. I cycled power to,the unit at the breaker and removed the control panel and tested the thermal fuse. I found the fuse was bad. I advised that once the fuse is replaced, I would test the unit to make sure it heats and if it doesnt, the unit would need the thermostat. I removed and replaced the fuse and cycled the power and the unit continued to fail. I pulled the unit out and found the unit plugged into the wall outlet. I unplugged the unit and found the L1 prong burnt (photo). I opened the plug and found the L1 had come disconnected and shorted with the neutral (photos).

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not turning on. Upon further inspection, I attempted to test the unit and it failed to turn on. I could hear the timer functioning and the interior light came on when I opened the door. I pulled the unit out and removed the back panel and tested the cutoff, thermostats, element and thermal fuse and found the fuse was bad.I removed and record the fuse and retested and unit is operating as designed. Using my vent test kit, I tested airflow to the unit and it passed both tests. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the unit bleach cup had rust all around it (photos). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and found that the bleach dispenser had separated from the bezel (photo) and when water would dispense into the dispenser the water would not go into the tub as the dispenser was hanging over the side of the tub and the water was running down the inside of the cabinet onto the floor. I raised the top panel and found the unit badly rusted. I advised the customer that if I were to replace the dispenser and bezel, the lid would fall apart due to the rust around the bezel and I would be unable to complete the repair without replacing the top panel. I adjusted the dispenser and reattached it to the bezel and tested the unit and it is operating/dispensing as designed. I advised the customer to monitor the dispenser until they could get a new unit. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and checked the icemaker. Found a spot on the back of the evaporator wall indicating a ground. Unplug the unit and remove the icemaker. Found that the evaporator harness connector to the icemaker had fried along with the outer edge of the upper Arm bar where it had ground it against the evaporator cover. Advised the customer that we would need a new evaporator harness and icemaker for repair. The unit is cooling and operating as designed. Call complete.

Upon inspection I found fan motor running heater tested good, while testing those things I found a block of ice that was cracked by the ice maker fill tube leaking at the back of freezer and it would run down the back and on top of the fan shroud and eventually making contact with the fan when it freezes. All functions of the refrigerator is working at this time.. I remember the ice and repaired the ice maker fill tube and tested it and found that the leak was gone and found that the water valve was not weeping. Job complete"

Ran the unit three diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) and F5 E3 (lid unlock fault). I tested the unit and manual diagnostics and found the cold water valve was barely pulling any water in one being called the pool water. Ran the unit through agitation and spin and found only the agitator moving. Check Internet the washer and found the cam completely worn. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking during operation. Inspected unit and work area. Found the bottom gasket had become detached from the door. I did ask the customer if they would care to replace that Laura door gasket in case if theres any wear on it causing it to be popped out. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser not dispensing water. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and not water dispensed but I could hear the valve opening. I pulled the unit out and checked the water source and they had good water pressure. When I opened the FC door to check the ice maker, I found moisture on the bottom drawer facings (photo). I placed my flashlight at the bottom of the FC section and closed the door and found a gap in the FC door gasket and mullion (photos). I contacted techline and spoke to Chris and advised the complaint and my findings. Chris provided a test and I sent photos of my findings.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Found compressor not starting and tripping start device. Prior to replacing compressor installed new start device and compressor started properly. Monitored compressor for 15 mins and compressor is running properly. Verified drop in fc and no further repairs needed. Start device was a spare from personal stock and no charge to customer for part. Confirmed with MS discount for call as customer wasn't going to be charged initially for warranty sealed system repair.

Arrived on site to install previous diagnose parts. I gained access to the filter housing and replaced it and the filter with new. I found the old housing full of debris. I found the water line from the wall valve restricted. I cleaned out the water line but still found water slow coming out of the wall valve. I recommend the customer have a plumber come out and see what is going on with the wall valve

Volt tested the drain pump from the board and the board is sending 120 volts to the drain pump. I found a break in the harness to the drain pump right at where the harness connects to the pump. Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated the issue by opening the left RC door and allowing it to close on its own all while the right RC door is closed. I explained to the customer why the door is not closing properly is due to the mullion on the left door is hitting the right door gasket and keeping it form closing. I demonstrated and placed my flashlight at the top center of the doors to show how the mullion grabs the right door gasket and stops. I advised the customer that when opening the left door theyll need to open the right door to close the left and then close the right door to allow both doors to close properly and the gaskets to seal properly as well. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is intermittently tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will run for multiple days in a row and runs just fine but on certain days, every single time she tries to start the dryer, the breaker for the dryer trips. She advised that she cannot necessarily seemingly locate the reasoning for this. Check the voltage to the unit and found proper voltage. Tested the unit on a normal time dry cycle and found the unit working and operating as designed. Took an amp draw off of the control and found the unit measuring 22 amps while running and getting no higher than 23 A when starting. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Bruce SR# 7734760870. If I is that based on this information, the issue would have to be with the breaker. If I asked the customer to get an electrician to fix their electrical supply. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit plugged in upon arrival and found the unit not even attempting to cool. Check temperature in the refrigerator and freezer sections and found them both at 54?F respectively. Removed the control cover and checked resistance on the fresh food and freezer through misters. Found them both at 4.74 k ohms and 4.76 k ohms. Ran unit through diagnostics and found all components showing that they were working properly. Checked both evaporators for any signs of defrost issues and found no issues with defrost. Opened up the compressor area and found the compressor somewhat cool indicating the unit had not been attempting to cool for sometime. Spoke to SW and ran through a couple checks. Was advised the issue would most likely be with the control and User Interface due to the unit not even attempting to cool whip the thermistors showed the unit was out of range of normal set temperatures. Got authorization for both parts and installed both high voltage board and the user interface. Plugged it back in and found the unit operating and cooling as designed. Advised the customer to keep an eye on the unit over the next few weeks and to call back if further issues persist. Call complete.

The customer advised that they vacuumed up and removed all the glass that had broken. Took a photo of the outer door and called whirlpool tech line. I spoke to TJ SR# 7734758154. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking water from the icemaker area. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit was leaking from where it fills up in the back. Inspected the icemaker and fill tube area and found that the filter was not stuck inside of the icemaker and was being pushed down. I attempted to fix the placement of that but found that the extension tube was damaged. Went ahead and replaced the extension tube. The customer advised that the water has been shut off to her home for the day due to work on city water lines. "Arrived onsite for washer that is not going into wash cycle. Upon arrival I performed a quick wash cycle and found that the unit would go straight to drain. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found that the water inlet valves operated as normal and the lid lock as well. I the checked the cam for proper engagement and found that it was good, the actuator was good too along with the gearcase. Resistance though the motor looked good too. Voltage in to unit was a soiled 120v. Leaving the cap as the point of failure. I replaced the cap and tested unit in quick wash and found unit operating as designed. I ran diagnostics once more and found unit operating as designed no leaks job complete."

Arrived Leaking water from the water filter. Upon arrival inspected unit and found filter was not secure to housing. Reinstalled filter and test unit by dispensing water. Unit no longer leaks. Job complete

Arrived on site for oven lights not turning off . Ran diagnostic no error codes . Found shaft for door switch on lower oven latch was bent and not allowing door to make contact . Straightened rod and now light are performing normally . No other issues found. No gas leaks detected. Job complete

Arrived on site for dryer not turning and humming . Found belt broken . Rollers and felts and pulley in good shape . Replaced belt and all is checking normal. No lint build up at time of service . Job complete

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint is that unit continues to leak water underneath the pantry drawers. Unit had a completely severed pantry UI harness. Water was pooling under the pantry drawers and a small amount of moisture was under the pantry UI. RC evap drain pan was warped and needs to be replaced. Unit had a good frost pattern on RC evap. Leveled unit and ensured all doors are sealing. Informed CX of this units common failures and read them the disclaimer. Will return to replace the pantry harness and RC evap drain pan. During service, drain tube needs to be cleared and condenser coils cleaned. Will require follow up. ; ordrng 1 W11170612 (Deli harness) and 2 Shims (Shims)s"

Arrived on site for washer not turning on as well as 3/4 of a tub full of water. On arrival confirmed issue and verified correct polarity as well as power from outlet. Found AC you receiving proper 120 V. Found AC you not sending anything more than .4/1.3 DC volts to UI panel not allowing new iPad with the turn on. Then found that drain motor was failing with no broken wires and had shorted out the main control ; ordrng 1 W11396717 (Drain pump)

"Arrived on site for ice machine not cooling or making ice. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and found no failures in hardware other than compressor not running during test. Found all pumps and condenser fan running. Found start device and overload not allowing compressor to stay on. Tried starter of loading start devices and found compressor still failing. Found unit will need a salt system repair. With the following parts WPW10605286 (compressor), W10843121 (non uv drier), W10218037 (evaporator), W10913906 (access valve).

Arrived on site to clean and install new recirculating pump and inlet valve. I replaced the valve and am ordering the pump. I cleaned the interior of the ice machine. I cleaned the condenser and kick plate. I ran a cleaning cycle. ordrng 1 W11542867 (Recirculating pump)

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with frosting issues. Upon inspection I found that the freezer door would not shut properly Which causes an air leak that in turn causes the frost buildup on the inside of the freezer.
