The customer advised that they have run through several loads where the dryer works perfectly fine but other loads do not complete the cycle and have left the clothes completely soaking still by the end of their drive cycles. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through diagnostic testing and all passed testing. Ran the unit through a normal dry cycle and found the unit heating and tumbling as designed. Spoke to SW and was advised that the issue could be with overloading or overly saturated clothes that were going into the dryer potentially causing the issue. Advise the customer that due to inability to replicate any issues or find any problems with the unit, we would not be able to make any necessary repairs. I also explained that when certain parts fail, they would fail every time, not intermittently. Arrived onsite for vent hood lights not working. On inspection found it was the fan switch that was not working. Removed switch from vent hood tested the switch and the fan was working. Reinstalled the switch and it quit working. Removed it again and it was working fine when not installed. I reinstalled the switch with out the back cover on and the fan worked. But back on with out the screws and the fan worked. When screws are tighter all the way down the fan stop operating. I reinstalled the screws and just snugged them lose to the cover and the fan is working fine.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found ice accumulated at the bottom front section of the ice bin and on the ice bin door lower gasket (photos). The ice bin was completely full of good ice cubes. Inspected the ice maker and found no signs of water leaks on the lower left corner the fascia. I tested the ice maker and in test 56 there were no error codes. I tested the harvest in test 57 and it harvested correctly and all cubes were the same size. I did find some of the cubes were joined together as if the ice maker fill was overfilling. I tested the fill tube and the IM did not leak, but the water was at the front edge of the tray. I contacted techline and spoke to Robert and advised of the complaint, previous repairs and my findings. Robert recommended replacing the ice maker, dual valve and installing a pressure reducer to the water line at the back of the unit. He provided SR#7734807723. I advised the customer of my conversation with the manufacturer and I am ordering the ice maker, dual valve, pressure reducer and pex water tubing. Arrived on site for a dishwasher with long run times. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit will run indefinitely unless stopped. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F5E1 for door switch open. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found the OWI sensor bad. I replaced the sensor and test the unit again. After the cycle I found the UI shorting out and the buttons would randomly activate themselves. I am ordering the console and control to replace. Arrived on site for a refrigerator not dispensing ice. I test the unit and found the auger motor would turn about a quarter of an inch and freeze. I replaced the auger motor and found the same issue occurring. I put the unit on crushed ice and checked voltage at the auger motor from the brown/white to blue/white wires and found it dropping from 90VAC to 10VAC. The motor should get a constant 120VAC to work properly. Due to this I am ordering the UI and main control to replace. Upon further inspection I found the IM auger shaft holder broken. Remove the drain hose from the garbage disposal and found that the knockout punch had not been knocked through creating the issue. Not through the knockout punch and tested the unit. Arrived on site for a refrigerator with an ice maker now working. I checked temps and found them good. I then manually harvest the unit and found it not working. I checked voltage and found a good 120VAC. I manually activated the IM fill and found it working as designed. This indicates a bad IM. I installed the new IM and test the unit again. I found it now working as designed

Arrived onsite for leaking dishwasher. Found no evidence of underside sump and motor or drain pump or diverter leaking. Upon further inspection I found that the left side door panel screws were completely backed out causing likely gasket damage and seal obstruction. Properly tightened all screws . replaced seal. Unit is now operating as designed without leaking.

Arrived onsite to diagnose leaking washing machine. Found unit below severely torn in multiple places causing leaking verified drain pump and water lines and valve functioning as designedReplaced bellow and tested unit for proper function. Arrived onsite for a microwave that is making a buzzing noise at the door when in use and the counter light not working. Upon arrival I tested the unit several times and found that I could not duplicate the issue. Upon further inspection I found that the bulb had blown out.Unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator that had a stuck ice bin. Upon arrival I found that the bin was stuck. Due to what I initially thought was ice build up but I soon came to realize that the auger had gotten stuck on the ice machine itself because when the customer dumped out a batch of ice it came undone from its grooves and was pushed upward by the ice cubes underneath it I solve this issue by putting the auger back into its grooves and making sure that it would not slip out again and advise customer to keep an eye on the Auger when ever she dumps out her excess ice. Arrived onsite for a gas dryer with issue starting. Upon inspection I found that all Thermistors and where good. I check voltage and found good 120vac and polarity was good too. Tested unit a few times and found that it would not start though there was voltage to and out of the timer I then tested the start button and found that it would not complete the circuit causing the issue. I installed new switch and tested unit several times and found unit operating as designed making sure that the flame ignited every time. job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose a Whirlpool WRX986SIHZ01 refrigerator that is making unusual noise. Found freezer fan motor running louder than normal and replaced it with new motor. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite for range not functioning properly allowing customer to use bake function. Upon arrival inspected unit. Code F2E1 was present on the display. Tried resetting per tech sheet recommendations but did not correct the issue.

Arrived on site for range to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Checked with claims to see if outer door would be covered under warranty.

"Arrived to inspect cooling issue. The CX advised me the unit did not fully cool after the last service and I tested pressures. The low side was 25 of vacuum and the high was at 40 psi. The unit would not balance when unplugged and I assumed a floating restriction. I evacuated and pressurized with nitrogen and noted a very slow flow from high to low side. I flushed the capillary system from high to low and then from low to high, noting impeded flow in both directions and no signs of solid debris. I vacuumed and charged the system after replacing the dye drier and found the unit would barely cool the evaporator, creating frost from the capillary tube entry at the cabinet, to only one row of evaporator tubing. Contacted the MFG, tech Chris, File #7734783650. The CX will be contacted by the MFG for replacement. No water connections to unit."

"Arrived onsite for Vibration. It seems like a belt is loose or washer not level. Bounces around too much. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and there were no saved error codes. Inspected basket and found suspension is shot. Also found floor leveling is way off, causing unit to stand tilted. Ran manual test to ensure all other components are operating correctly. All other components passed. Need to replace suspension. Replaced suspension and leveled the unit. Test unit and unit operates correctly. No leaks present at this time time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for lower oven not heating. Verified ignitor failure. Verified proper voltage of 120v to the ignitor and discovered old ignitor to have shorted. Replaced ignitor and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair.

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area to install previously diagnosed parts. Found balancing ring completely loose from basket and gearcase shaft warped. Replaced basket, gearcase, and pulley shield, then entered diagnostics. Cleared error code F1E2 and had CX start a load of laundry. Explained to CX to use the mixed cycle setting so unit will get enough water to the clothes to keep them from binding. No error codes present during service, no water leaks present at time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found it is not heating. Inspected heating element and found left connector is loose. After resetting confirmed correct operation by running a diagnostic cycle, job"

"Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and did not find any save error codes. Ran diagnostic cycle and all functions are operating properly. Ensure heating element is running. Discussed drying expectations with homeowner, rinse aid should be used every time and water should be run in the kitchen sink until it is hot before starting dishwasher, job complete"

"Arrived on site for microwave, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint there was noises when microwave fan would come on. Tested unit and found that the noise they where concern about was the flap that opens and closes when in operation. Unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not draining. Test unit and found plug still on garbage disposal. Removed plug test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with noise due to installation problem. Verified proper voltage and proper fan function and heating. Adjusted installation to quiet operation. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived onsite and replaced sump and motor and spray arms. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair.

Arrived onsite for glitching and control errors and spontaneous operation when in standby. Replaced control and tested function. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised maintenance on repair.

"Arrived on site to test unit for UI issues, customer stated that they had a different company come out and replace control and after they left the unit did not function properly so he cycled power the unit has been running good but still want me to check, ran diagnostic cycle found no stored error codes, all components are working properly, inspected drain hose and found it shoved to far into the drain, secured drain properly, advised customer to monitor and if any issues arise call warranty, at this time unit is running as designed, no leaks detected job complete"
