Because the seals look very good, this leads me to believe that the fridge door was not completely shut at one time over night due to over storage. Recommending to remove contents and open doors while also turning fridge off for at least 12 hrs to allow ALL ice to thaw. Surround unit with towels to catch melting water."

"Arrived on site for a wall oven that is flashing an F2 (oven over-temperature) error code. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint ad checked resistance through the temperature sensor. Found it out of range. . Replaced the oven temperature sensor and ran the unit up to a 425?F bake cycle. The unit reached preheat and did not show any error messages. The customer also explain that during broil the unit would also flash the error code. Was able to hold a vacuum for 15 minutes and charge the unit up with s 6 ounces of R-134A refrigerant. Arrived on site for a microwave that has an inefficient vent hood (not venting properly and leaving Moisture from steam on top cabinets. Upon inspection I found that the damper was installed backwards mean the flap opens in the wrong direction bouncing off of the ducting walls causing a restriction in the duct causing back pressure and allowing air to back up into the microwave and vent out of the top of the microwave and onto the cabinet. I corrected this and tested unit and found the the air flow was Increased and instead of air blowing out of the top of the microwave it actually produced suction And the vent underneath the microwave had better air flow as well. Disassembled freezer and inspected evaporator and found frost pattern looks good. Sent a short video to KB/service management. Air vents to fresh food section are clear and drain is clear. Customer does have a lot of food in the freezer and this couldve possibly of caused a air gap or some blockage to internal airflow which has already corrected itself. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found the element not coming on and the timer not operating properly. The customer advised they recently had a power surge and thats when the dryer stopped heating. I tested voltage at the timer and got 0V. I tested voltage at the block and got 124V between the L1 & L2. I got 124V between L2 (red) and Neutral and 0V between L1 (black) and Neutral. I advised the customer of my findings and cycled power at the breaker and rechecked voltage and got the same results. Due to the surge, I replaced the timer and recommended the customer have a certified electrician take a look at the breaker and outlet and once they have the electrical issue repaired and t(e unit continues to fail, to call and schedule service. Unit left unplugged for safety and no lint observed during service, job completed."

Pulled vacuum for 20 minutes after verifying joints were not soldered shut. Charged system with 68g of R600a and tested operation. Unit is now operating as designed with a proper frost pattern. All checks good.

"Arrived on site for dryer, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint is that keypad no longer makes a sound and the unit squeals when in use. Set volume level for keypad to high. Opened dryer and found worn wheels and idler pulley. Replaced repair kit, including idler pulley and wheels. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete."

Arrived onsite to replace damaged console. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found console separating causing button functions not to operate. Replaced console and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

"Arrived to inspect cooling issue. CX stated the unit never fully cooled after last attempted service. I did find the evaporator badly frozen from outside the cover, but the system was running and I performed checks, including thermography, all bare metal with polymer applied. The amp draw of the unit was .78 and the high side at the compressor was 149F. At the middle of the high side discharge tube, between the compressor and condenser and at roughly 20 inches from the high side discharge, the temperature was down to 126F. 107 was measured at the end bend of the first row and 104 at the center of the third row. Frontal condenser temperature was 68F and return from the cabinet/evaporator was 61F, even with the ice mass in the evaporator. Temperatures were measured with the rear cover removed and after 10 minutes. Pressures were 150 psi and 2 of vacuum. At rest, the unit showed 44 psi after fully balancing the system. Evaporator cover removal revealed the ice was only built up along the first two upper and outer rows (the entry point for this type) and was ice free on the front lower 2/3rds and clear all the way up the back wall to the fan area, across the entire width of the evap. Initial impressions were of a low side leak and I removed the ice and pressurized the system to 140 psi of N. After 15 min, there was a loss of 3 psi, but no signs of any leaks at the evaporator or low side in the lower unit area and sprayed with leak check solution as well. I isolated the Yoder loop and pressurized to 250 psi and within 5 minutes there was a 3 psi drop and 6 at 10 min. I contacted the MFG, tech Adrian and advised of my findings. File# 7734814806. Either myself or the CX will be contacted. No leaks observed during service and I shut off water to the unit."

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival I installed new evap cover and door gasket. And tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete

"Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the unit had lost all cooling after three days, according to the CX. Inspection revealed the Lokring connector at the capillary entrance of the recently replaced condenser had failed with very visible dye. Further inspection yielded the likely original issue, the condensate pan warmer had ruptured and I could detect deformation of the normally smooth surface due to several inches of the tube corroding under the plastic coating. There was an area that had been damaged, likely during manufacturing, and caused the moisture incursion into the polymer jacket over the steel tubing. I removed and replaced the warmer assembly and the condenser connector as well. I vacuumed the system to 210 microns and it held for an additional 15 minutes with no loss. I charged with the MFG prescribed 5.5 oz and tested. The unit operated and cooled as designed. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to test unit for grates not sitting properly on cooktop preventing proper use. Verified right side cooktop was not inserted properly causing excessive wobbling of grates. Adjusted cooktop, unit now working as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived onsite for washer making intermittent noise during spin cycle. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran diagnostics and found no issues. Ran auto cycle and no noises. Ran load and noise surfaced. Disassembled entire unit. Found manufacturer debris in between basket and tub. Removed debris and tested. No more noise. Unit is functioning properly. Drain is functioning, unit was paused due to unbalanced load. Job complete"

Arrived on site to test unit for noPower. Test unit and found 120 to white. Removed terminal block and cleaned wires test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site for fridge not making ice . Ran harvest and IM didnt advance. Valve is working . Replaced IM . Maker harvested and filled . No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

"Arrived on site for wall oven, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint is that top unit makes a loud vibrating noise coming from the fan while in use. Entered diagnostics and found no error codes present. Tested cooling fan and convection fan. Noise was present in the convection fan test. Removed back cover and found convection fan loose t from the back of the wall oven. Fan blade had a wobble to it. Straightened fan blades out. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete."
