Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is only getting to 57 degrees in the RC but the FC is cooling correctly since the previous repair. I found the FC at 5 degrees idle with no fan running and the RC at 50 degrees. I found the RC evaporator frosted up causing bad air flow. This unit falls under service pointer W11329116C. The ice machine had been plugged into the outlet directly, instead of the external pump and that had caused the leaking reported by the CX. "Arrived onsite for dishwasher with error code H20 error. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran diagnostics and found error codes 8/2: 8/1, ran auto test and passed. Did notice that when calling for water the unit was struggling with water flow through inlet. Also noticed when fill cycle was complete the amount of water was not to a satisfactory level. Called tech line for assistance. Tech recommended replacing fill valve. Provided SR#7734868078. Replace valve. While replacing valve found debris in supply line. Tried flushing line and found very little pressure from supply line. Notified customer that the builder will need to be contacted to restore the supply line pressure. Job complete."

"Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon inspection I found that the control and filter where all getting proper voltage. Upon further inspection I found that the ui was unresponsive though the unit had power. I check the connector at the ui to the control and found it good. I then replaced the ui and pushed the power button to test and found that the ui showed signs of life but the console lock was on, I got it out of that setting and ran diagnostics test 12 and let the unit run through all its service mode checks and found that the unit operated as no leaks. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for the washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E6 (motor circuit open) and F0 E7 (clothes detected during the clean washer cycle) error codes. I ran the unit through a diagnostic test and when it got to the spin portion of the unit, the unit began to spend button showed an F7 E1 ( tachometer missing or wrong signal) error code. I attempted to place the unit back in the service diagnostics and found the unit booting out and would not re-enter diagnostics until I unplugged it. Replaced the control and capacitor tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for a washer that was making a clicking/clacking sound. The CX had a mixed load of laundry washing when I arrived. I watched the unit finish the wash cycle, rinse, and spin. The unit completed the cycle and worked as designed with all sounds normal. I found no stored error codes. I inspected the drive system and found a lighter under the unit and saw where the pulley guard had set down on it at one time. I removed the debris under the washer and lowered the feet. I remove the oven from the wall and checked the heating components. Found the TOD and bake and broil elements showing continuity. Powered on the unit and trace voltage at the High limit TOD and traced voltage back to the control. Found 9 V coming from the line two to ground at all connectors. Advise the customer there an issue is with power supply and they will need an electrician to come out to resolve their power supply issues. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for washer that flooded the utility room. On inspection found no errors, ran the unit in diagnostics mode and no leaks detected during diagnostics mode. Gain access to the back of the unit took back cover off put the unit in diagnostics mode and I looked for leaks none found. I took the hose to the water inlet off looked for leaks none found. I took the drain hose off from the wall to the unit no holes found. Took the hose from the unit to the drain pump found no holes. Took the hose from the bottom of the tub off looking for garments and leaks in the hose none found. Filled the tub up with water half way to see if I could cause to leak. Informed the CX to notate what setting they are using so if this happens again we can try to replicate it when we come back. I ohm out the inlet valve and they tested good. No water leaks detected during service."

Pulled unit out and found about 1/4 of wire strands on L1 were actually making contact with solid wiring on power supply line(hard wires in). Fixed wiring, unit working as designed at 350 and 20 mins after preheat, no issues. Found highest amp draw from both L1 and L2 was 15.8amps. Unit is connected to gfci breaker.
