Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling or making ice. Upon arrival confirm complaint and found cause of failure was a defrost issue. After further testing I found that the FC thermostat had fallen out of place not allowing for proper reading temps. I replaced FC thermistor and informed customer to allow unit 24 hours to stabilize temps and an additional 24 hours to fill the bucket back up with ice. Call complete

Arrived onsite and tested oven for preheat not matching set temp. Tested with k type thermometer and found excellent tolerance of 1 degree difference at the beep. Advised customer on findings and some solutions for better even heating for baking. Unit is operating as designed.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking from the right front corner. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they are getting white residue on their floor where it is leaking. Ran into diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and could not get the unit to leak but did notice excessive sudsing inside of the dishwasher. I asked the customer if theyre on a water softener and they advise that they are. I also asked the customer if they pre-wash the dishes and they had advised that they do clean off their dishes prior to loading them. I explain to the customer that Pre-washing the dishes and the soft water is probably causing there over setting issue. Advise the customer not to use pods and to use liquid soap up to the line that tells them for soft water as a max fill. Found no other leaks present during operation. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall double oven error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F8E1-lower blower speed too low. I cleared the code and tested the unit and after approximately 2 minutes of testing, the unit shut down and the error code appeared on the display. Customer advised that they had a power surge from the recent storms and have had several other items needing repair. I cycled power at the breaker and retested and got the same results only this time the unit showed F6E4 error code. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and got the same results. I assisted the customer in connecting the unit to WiFi and retested and the unit continued to show the error code. I tested voltage at the P5-4 to neutral and P5-5 to neutral on both controls and got 120V. Upon Inspection I found that the interior lights were off I power cycled unit and found that the lights would turn on and off for it like normal. Unit was unplugged idk for what reason, unit is in a office and the person in charge of it was not available. I plugged unit back in and tested and found it leaking from the cleaning drain plug because it was lose. Unit was not filling with water found the recirculating pump bad. I sniped the 3 sensor wires to bypass and test, unit stared to fill correctly. Once it would go trough the cleaning cycle and drain it would go into the external drain pump and icemachine would lose power and restart. Unit will need a new drain pump and recirculating pump.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher with f931 code and the middle spray arm not moving. Upon arrival I ran diagnostics and found that the code was stored and upon further inspection I found that the Sump&motor was leaking I also checked the spray arms and found the middle one had some debris in it which can cause it not to rotate I cleared it I installed new Sump&motor and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. job complete

Arrived onsite and verified hot plate diagnosis. Replaced center hot plate. Tested unit and found unit is operating better after repair. Recommended to customer that a induction compatible pan equal or greater than the surface size of the hot plate be used for proper heat function.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. Found the freezer reading it at 36?F and the refrigerator at 53?F. Checked both of operators and found no evidence of a defrost issue. Went to take a nap draw off the compressor and found that the unit is hardwired to an inverter. Found the compressor hot to touch But attempting to cool. Found the condenser coil is completely cleaned. The customer advised that he had clean them after the unit stopped cooling initially but the unit has continued to climb in temperature. I advised the customer that the issue with the unit is with his sealed system and refrigerant. I checked the condenser and could not see any evidence of any leaks at the condenser. Advise customer of the issue is most likely with a leak at the freezer evaporator due to this only having one evaporator. Call complete."

Arrived on site for no ice tested optics in diagnostics failed removed icemaker found paint chipping from mold replaced optics and icemaker power cycled unit icemaker ran through a cycle and filled.

Arrived onsite for failed timing lever on door hinge. Replaced the hinge and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised the customer on repair. All checks good.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the left door closure and bushing parts. The doors are working as designed. Ms stated the unit had warmed up a little again but when I arrived Mr stated it did warm up some but he had noticed the left door had cracked open so he defrosted it again and tested it and said it pretty much had maintained temp. All is working as designed at this time.

"Arrived onsite for a washer that is draining but not spinning the clothes out. I checked stored error codes and found an F7E6, F7E5, & F0E2. I ran the auto diagnostics cycle and found the shift actuator motor failing due to stripped gears in the motor. I replaced the shift actuator and tested the machine again in diagnostics. The unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for fridge freezer not holding temperature. On inspection there was a little ice buildup on the evaporator. The CX that she turn the unit down for a day or so she could turn the unit slowly and it would freeze for a few days. Called talked with Susie and they informed me that on this unit the temp switch goes out and has the symptoms that the CX was talking about. I replaced the temp switch and the control board. The unit was working and starting to cool down when I left. The unit is working as designed and there was no water leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for microwave. Replaced cavity t-stat and wiring. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

Arrived on site to diagnose an oven that is not baking properly. Checked temps at 350 and found unit 10 to 15 too low. Adjusted calibration offset to compensate. All is working properly at this time.

"Arrived on site to test unit for running constantly and no heat, tested unit found unit is powered off but when closing door the unit automatically starts running and does not shut off, called SW to diagnose further, found relay on control is stuck and would not disengage, unit need new control to fix issue, control is not eligible for rebuild,

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint unit making noises. Entered diagnostics and found error F2E1, ran a diagnostics cycle and found no sounds that werent normal. Tilted unit backwards and found a bit of oil on the stator plate. Advice CX of it and recommended to replace clutch, slide and gearcase.

Arrived on site to install previous diagnose. I gained access to the diverter and sump and replaced both. I tested the unit and found it working properly no leaks detected.

The width is 42 and 1/8 inches, it should be between 41 1/2 to 41 3/4 inches, because of the width difference the builtin fridge can not be centered properly and leave gapping on the side. A carpenter will need to come out and correct the cabinet width to properly vent the unit. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for a microwave that the hood light stays on. I found the hood lamp relay stuck closed on the main control. I replaced the control and tested the microwave. All is working as designed. The CX mentioned the unit is loose and shakes. I explained and showed the CX that the wall bracket was never mounted on the right side and it is causing the unit to move and loosen the top bolts. The CX stated he would call Home Depot to get them to come back out and correct the install. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with no power. On inspection found the dishwasher was partially plugged in under sink. Plugged the unit in and ran diagnostics mode. The unit is working as designed. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for a oven to be reinstalled after electrical was fixed. Reinstalled and tested unit is working as designed.
