Checked for leaks with black light and didn't find any. Evacuated system and vacuumed out. Pressurized with nitrogen and found no leaks, and confirmed nitrogen was moving through system fully. "Arrived on site and inspected washer and found as soon as cold water starts in diagnostic cycle it leaks out the bottom of the washer. There is also several loose ball bearings on the floor of the washer. Broke with SW washer tub would need a complete rebuild and replacement. Repair is not cost-effective And should not be attempted.

Arrived on site for a dryer that is not starting. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they were noticing water getting inside of their user interface and that recently it has stopped illuminating. They advised that they can still turn the dryer on but it just does not show them time or the cycle selections they are choosing. Did confirm the customers complaint and explain to the customer that this is caused by air flow restriction. I asked the customer if they are noticing it taking a long time to dry clothes and they advised they are. Ran a vet test kit on the unit and found the unit showing for airflow for all dryers. Advise the customer that they will need to have event company come out to clean out their ducts. I went ahead and replace the user interface due to the non-display. Tested the unit and the unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for washer running normal Eco operation cycle without coin activation. Upon arrival confirm complaint and found that unit would only turn on and put on the normal cycle but would not run unless coins are inserted on any other cycle. Also found that unit could not go to diagnostics after seven failed attempts back to back. Then replace main control after finding no further wiring issues and verifying polarity and power from outlet. Upon further inspection I found that closet failure was due to inlet valve not letting in enough water leading to icemaker getting jammed up with small pieces of ice around the rotating harvest teeth. Upon arrival I ran diagnostics mode and tested the icemaker harvest found that it was harvesting I also ran the icemaker water filter just found that it was filling with water and then ran the ice tray thermistor and found that it passed. I checked the freezer door gasket and found that it was sealing up properly then contacted tech line and told them of my findings I also mentioned to techline that the freezer was packed with food and was advised that if the food was packed in such a way to disrupt airflow in the freezer that could cause slow or no ice production. Upon arrival cx informed me that she hadnt used the DW in about a month but noticed that the unit had standing water in the tub. I check the drain hose and found no issues there and the height loop was good. I then ran an diagnostics cycle and found that the unit operated as designed no leaks no drain back when the unit drained. I replaced the water inlet valves due to suspicions that it may be weeping. I tested unit again and found unit operating as designed no leaks. Job complete.
