Arrived on site for washer not allowing any functions. Upon arrival confirmed issue and was not able to enter diagnostics due to control not responding and found cause of failure had been because drain pump and shorted out taking the controller with it. After replacing both parts and getting all those for repairs I was able to reassemble and test unit with new drain pump and control and found that unit now operated as designed except for the inlet valve on the cold side not allowing any water into the unit even though it had a proper 120 V connection. We need with customer once availability of part is known an authorization is required for the following part W11168740 inlet valve ordrng 1 W11168740 (Cold inlet valve) and 1 Cnote (Needs more autho)

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying the clothing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they are having to dry the clothing at least three times just to get the clothing dried. Using my vent test kit, I tested the unit in the Air Fluff mode and the first two tests failed (photos). I demonstrated for the customer and again the test failed showing poor airflow. I tested the unit with heat and found the unit element illuminating in the back left corner vent. I found the vent tube at the back l f the unit is the correct firm tubing that the manufacturer recommends. I recommended that the customer have the vents checked/cleaned and also checked the venting that goes up to the roof or the rot he side of the house. I referred the customer to pages 17 & 18 of the installation manual regarding vent lengths and number of elbows. No lint observed during service, job completed."

I removed the top panel and found the left drum spring missing and the right spring barely hanging on. I was able to get the right drum spring adjusted. I pulled the unit out and removed the back panel and found the spring hook had broken off the spring (photo). I inspected the components under the drum and didnt see any other damage except maybe the back left shock. I am unable to test the unit at this time due to its status. I am ordering the drum springs and will return with all prescreened parts. Unit left unplugged for safety, the top panel sitting to the left of the unit and panel screws taped to the dispenser. Customer advised they had recently had a surge and later the unit stopped working. Cycled power and tested the thermal fuse and found it bad. Removed and replaced the fuse and placed the unit in diagnostics and mound error code F1E0. Cleared the code and tested and unit is operating as designed. The sound indicator on the control panel is not functioning and customer advised that they dont recall it ever working. "MSS25N4MKZ01 Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the compressor would attempt to start, but it would trip the start device until it cooled. I tested the compressor windings and found the start and run to N vs start to run was within .2 ohms. The original capacitor tested at 7.48?F, vs the listed 12?F on the capacitor. I tested a new capacitor and the unit would then start, but draw 12 amps until it cycled off. Testing a replacement start device and the capacitor allowed the unit to start and run as expected and after 5 minutes, amp draw on the unit with internal temperatures in the mid 60s was 1.37 amps and steadily declined. Operational test good, no leaks observed bserved during service.

"Arrived on site to insect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and it failed to respond. I removed the toeplate and inspected the main control and found the service LED solid on. I cycled power to the unit and once plugged back in, the unit came on. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the components and the unit is operating as designed. I pulled the unit out of its space and inspected for any water leaks, especially around the element nuts and harness, and found none. I found some spillage at the water inlet cup, but nothing that would cause the control to trip. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and if it fails again to call it in for service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I did recommend to the customer that if the unit failed again to not cycle power before calling in for service."

"Arrived on site for whirlpool fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the fridge at 50 degrees. I found the fridge evaporator full of ice. I also found the freezer door gasket not sealing letting frost build up. The pantry UI was not coming on. I tested voltage to the pantry UI and found good voltage being sent, indicating a bad pantry UI. I tested the rc evaporator thermistor and found it out of range. Given the ice build up the unit will need a new drip pan. pantry UI, freezer gasket, rc evaporator motor, support and drip pan. I also informed the customer about a possible sealed system leak happening because of how large the ice build up is.

"WT5270CW Arrived to inspect leak. I found the unit had water marks down the back of the tub and a no longer used, auxiliary detergent pump had been utilized. The line for the pump allowed water to travel down it and consequently drip onto the floor. Further testing and evaluation revealed the water sprayer nozzle was partially restricted creating an uneven spray pattern and increased velocity, causing water to spray over the front left portion of the tub and onto the inside of the cabinet, running down onto the floor during the latter stages of the wash. I was able to remove all of the debris from within the nozzle and the issue was corrected. The drain line was pushed all the way into the standpipe and I corrected and re-installed the drain safety strap. No leaks of the water supply observed during service.
