"Arrived on site for a wall oven that has an oven door that is rattling. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and disassembled the upper door. Found all screws in place and the issue with the metal glass rattling against the clips. Attempted to adjust all clips holding the glass and was unable to remove the light rattling sound occurring. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Chris SR# 7734985265. He advised that this issue may just be due to having to be serviced out in the field but to go ahead and order the outer door, metal glass, and clips for repair. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling after repair. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found ice block on cap tub right hand corner of evaporator. Checked pressure and recorded 0psi at high side with unit off, should have been equalized. Called tech line for assistance. Tech, Rob, Gas stated unit should be equalized at about 28 psi. Ran unit and high side did not move, low side dropped in pressure. Tech recommended running nitrogen at 140 psi to clear restriction. Running nitrogen Low to high. Then holding vacuum for 20 min. Provided SR#7734986741. Ran nitrogen and found blockage at cap tube to dryer. Cleared line and replace new dryer. Vacuum held and when to charge however refrigerant was leaking from charge tube. Will need to return with corrected charting tube, pull vacuum and recharge. ; ordrng 1 R600kit (R600 kit)"

Arrived onsite for MW not powering up. On inspection found a sensor was burnt in the back side of the unit. Replaced the wiring harness and tested unit. The unit was heating a 1100 watts and heated a cup water to 212?. The unit was operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for Maytag commercial washing machine not agitating. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the gear case and tested the capacitor, motor and shift actuator, I found the shift actuator way out of range. I replaced the actuator, because the actuator was out of range I am ordering the control to complete the repair. ordrng 1 W11411581 (Control) and 1 W10528947 (Hub)"

"Arrived onsite for a dishwasher displaying an F8E4 error. The customer stated the last couple of times they washed dishes they were not clean. I checked stored error codes and found an F8E4, FAE2, F8E2, & F7E1. I cleared the codes and started the service diagnostics cycle. The drain pump started immediately and the wash pump started a few seconds later. I found the unit drawing 4.5 amps because the wash pump was locked up. I tried a regular cycle and the same thing happened. The unit never tried to fill with water and there was no voltage to the valve. I found the float switch sticking so I replaced it and retested getting the same results. The control, sump and motor, & vent need to be replace then the unit tested. The fill valve could possibly need to be replaced. Ordering W11416362 sump and motor and W11434044 fill valve. Marking other parts as use on return visit. Customer states it has slowly gotten worse over the past month. Sent pictures into TV/service management there is likely a leak in the refrigerant system. "Arrived on site for washing machine, not filling properly and the drain pump staying on. I plugged the unit in and canceled the drain. I entered diagnostics and found no fault codes. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit filling with water, agitating and draining. When the unit went into a spin I could hear cpscreeching from under the unit. I gained access to the gear case and found it leaking, I also found the belt slipping on the cam pulley. The gearcase, pulley and belt all need to be replaced.

Arrived on site for whirlpool range leaking gas. I inspected the unit and work area. I used the gas detector and found the leak at the line at the wall. I found pipe dope was used on the compression fitting side of the line not allowing it to compress and seal. I removed the pipe dope and cleaned out the threads. I reattached the line and monitored the line for several minuets. It is no longer leaking. Job complete.

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has a broken ice maker again. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint with the icemaker being bowed and not operating properly. The customer advised that the cubes that were coming out or normal sized and the unit seem to have been running fine for the last three months up until about a week ago. I called Whirlpool Techline due to ongoing issues and spoke to Rich SR# 7734974343. He advised that because the unit is not over filling and creating an ice slab, the issue would have to be something customer related or something odd that is not typical of normal operation. We checked the liner for the door up against the icemaker and did not find any deformities. He advised that the issue could be with the customer putting things up in the ice container to cool them down quickly or issues with excess frost build up around the ice maker due to the door being opened for too long. He advised that there would be nothing within the icemaker itself that would cause this issue unless if it was a failed icemaker but couldnt imagine having two bad icemakers in a row. He advised to replace the icemaker and to call back if any other issue persist. I replaced the ice maker and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making different size cubes and is clumping ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that ice is clumping inside his ice container and its causing him not to be able to dispense ice. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the fill cup on the icemaker frozen over causing the issue with water leaking into the icemaker and ice bucket. Removed the ice buildup and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. The customer also complained about his unit tripping the breaker when it was on the plug behind the refrigerator. He had the unit plugged into another outlet and advised that the unit has been working ever since on that outlet and extension cord. I checked his breaker box and found that the plug behind the refrigerator was a part of a series of kitchen plugs inside the kitchen and the lights above the kitchen. Did advise the customer that it is most likely that when the unit is playing the highest amount of amperage and other things are being plugged in and running, it is over-amping the breaker. With the unit not tripping the other breaker that they have the unit plugged into for over a week, it would indicate that the issue was not with the refrigerator.
