"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the compressor, service port, 3 way valve and dye drier, noting no pressure within the system. I elected to instal the parts due to a questionable braze on the factory installed drier. Prior to vacuuming, I pressurized to 140 psi and observed a pressure drop of 3 psi within 5 minutes. I elected to isolate the Yoder loop with two service ports and observed a loss of 80 psi in 30 minutes, while awaiting tech assist to answer. Contacted MFG tech Bruce. I advised of my findings and was assigned file# 7735002189. I advised the CX they will be contacted to arrange product exchange. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that started not cooling correctly again in the RC and there is frost building up again in the RC. I found frost buildup on the outside of the evaporator cover. I tested the thermistors in diagnostics and the evaporator thermistor was reading open. As soon as I moved the unit to gain access to the rear of the unit the display changed from showing open to a pass state. I could not get the unit to fail again. I removed all the frost and replaced the thermistor. I had 3.045 Kohms at the control to the new thermistor and it read 72 degrees which was the correct temp. I replaced the main control since it had read open for no good reason. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for washing machine not stopping a cycle. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault codes F9e1 long drain fault f6e1 acu communication error. I gained access to the control and tested the actuator, drain pump, motor, lid lock and valves, I found all within range. I put the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found it not switching from agitate to spin. I replaced the control and retested the unit, I still found it not switching between agitate and spin. I gained access to the gearcase and retested directly at the components, I found them in range. I removed the actuator and spun the cam by hand while manually changing how the gear case engages. I felt no difference in resistance between spin and agitate, indicating the gear case stripped. I pulled the wash plate and verified the SPANNER nut is in good condition. I am ordering the gearcase, actuator, cam, belt to complete the repair. When I arrived I could hear the compressor running.I put the unit into diagnostics and found all fans working as designed. I temp tested the freezer and found it getting to 5 degrees. I gained access to the compress and condenser and found the condenser clean and the fan working. I found the compressor hot to the touch and pulling 1.26 amps o start up, I found the amperage climbing as I monitored the unit. I am ordering a sealed system, to complete the repair. "Arrived to inspect upper oven getting too hot. I tested the unit at 350 and noted the bake and broil coming on throughout preheat. The unit reached preheat and the broil element stayed engaged until I cancelled the cycle at 480 degrees. I tested the lower and verified this version does not appear to engage the broiler as some others do, during preheating operations. The broil relay on the main control has stuck in the closed position, requiring board replacement, which is not available.

I gained access to the compressor and found it not turning on. I tested voltage to the inverter and found good voltage.
