"Arrived on site for Maytag bottom mount fridge, freezer door not opening. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the bottom of the fresh food section full of ice and water. I removed the ice. I tested the water dispenser and the ice maker, I found no leaks from the valve or reservoir. I could not get the freezer door open to inspect the inside. I gained access to the compressor and found the drain tube iced over. I adviced the customer to leave the fridge off for 72 hours to let the ice melt.

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher with no power. On inspection found that there was 120 to junction box, tested to the control board in there was 120 vac. Dropped the control and there was no led. I moved the board the led blinked a few times. Pull the controller and found cold solder joints on the board. Replaced the control board and it was working. Put the unit back together in tested again in the power was going on and off. Pulled it back apart and found the main connector to the control board had a bad pins. I fixed the pins and it now working. The connector might have be replaced if they call back. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher, unit was in driveway. Connected water and power to test. Ran multiple diagnostics cycles to test and it was not leaking from anywhere. Contractor explained that they tilted the dishwasher backwards and water stared to come out from the water inlet assembly. I explained that theres a breather on top of that housing and if It was to be tilted backwards water would come out of it. I also explained to CX that I would not be able to warranty this at this time because unit is out of the corresponding area and if it leaks inside the house we can not be responsible. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven taking too long to preheat. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they had the main control rebuilt and the unit was operating fine in the beginning, but now its taking too long to reach preheat temps. I pulled the unit out and tested ohms to the bake and broil elements and both were good at 27 & 18 respectively. I tested voltage to the unit and its getting 249V. Tested bake function and the element and bake are both getting good voltage during preheat. Checked thermostat and it too is good. The customer advised that they have warranty on the main control repair and I suggested they have it tested by whomever they had rebuild it. No repairs needed at this time and the main control and control panel

Customer had left material being washed when issue occurred and I veiled unit was barely 1/4 of the way full and not weighed down. Found possible failure in gearcase. Found washplate screw had snapped clean off with threads stuck down in gearcase. Upon further inspection, I tested the microwave and found the turntable not turning, but when I pressed the turntable on/off button it would turn on. I went into tools and found the turntable had been turned off. Turned it on and retested and unit is operating as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F9E0 and F1E5. Cleared the codes and cycled power to,the unit and tested the microwave for 1 minute and it is operating as designed. Tested temps in the oven at 350 degrees on bake mode and it too is operating as designed. Rechecked error codes and found none.

Customer had said they heard a very loud pop. I ran the unit and found it is heating properly. I examined the high voltage system and found no damage or evidence of failure. Found the tape on the vent cover inside the cabinet had broken loose from the cabinet, likely causing the large pop. I removed the blower and removed debris and adjusted the blower.
