"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and it immediately began to make a loud screeching noise. I pulled the unit out and disassembled the unit and found the rollers, tension pulley and belt were bad. Also found the unit needed to cleaned out inside (before photo). I removed and replaced all four rollers and tension pulley and cleaned the axles; and removed and replaced the drive belt and vacuumed/cleaned the unit. Reassembled and retested and the unit is making a light knocking noise. I advised the customer of the noise and recommended using the unit for the week and if it continued to call it in for service at which time the rear roller axles will need to be ordered and replaced. Unit is operating as designed except for the noise. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose range throwing several errors. Found F30 error, F3 error, F1. Found codes ties to over temp / temp sensor errors. I checked resistance at the control board. Temp sensor at P6 reading 2170 ohms, which is over 550 degrees with unit cold. I checked the temp sensor and found it at 1100 ohms, which is normal. When I reassembled and checked at the board again, it read properly at 1100 ohms. This indicates a failure/grounding harness. Harness is no longer available from manufacturer at all, so if issue comes back we can no repair it. Call complete."

I found the unit turning on and talked with the CX finding out that the unit will not cool or dispense water and the upper RC lights and the FC light are not working. After talking with the CX I found out that the RC had been having defrost issues. I found the compressor coming on but only drawing .60 amps and not pumping any refrigerant. The compressor and the RC evaporator will need to be replaced. I found the harness in the deli drawer corroded and broken along with the deli UI corroded from moisture. The deli door and the UI will need to be replaced. I found the LED control not sending any voltage to the circuit for the upper RC lights and FC light. The LED control would need to be replaced. The RC fan/harness will need to be replaced also. The SS is covered under warranty but none of the other repairs are covered.

The customer advised that the unit doesnt seem to clean the dishes as well as it used to but primarily the issue was that the washer motor is making a noise when it recirculates. Did confirm the customers complaint of the noise was a little louder than normal but ran the unit through diagnostics and found everything working as designed. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Steve SR# 7735042976. He advised that relieve me something mechanical Ronke wash motor and advised to go ahead and replace it. Replace the wash motor in. "Arrived to inspect convection fan noise. I found the crew that reinstalled the unit had pushed it back too far again and bashed the cover, consequently pressing the fan into the the chassis and causing it to rub and make a screeching noise. I was able to re-form the cover again and correct the fan position to correct the issue. Due to the placement of the plug, the unit is several inches farther out than expected and I advised the only way the issue can be corrected is to have the plug for the range moved to a more conventional area behind the unit. Operational test good."
