"Arrived on site and inspect refrigerator and found two loose doorhandles, Customer is also experiencing cheddars from the water line collection on the top of the Water and ice dispenser door. There are also little imperfections on the rail track that the top freezer door right on the bottom freezer door. This makes a rattling noise when moved. Corrected door handles, added Perma gum around waterline connection and this did not correct issue. Will need to bring back a water pressure regulator and in-line waterline to correct issue. "Arrived on site for KitchenAid wall oven not allowing the customer to change the temperature setting in bake. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the unit set to Celsius, I reset the unit to Fahrenheit. I tested the bake and found it was able to be changed now. I set the unit to 350 and ran a preheat. The unit is working as designed

"Arrived to inspect no cool in RC. I found the FC cooling well, but there was no air flow to the RC. I verified line VAC to the evaporator fan, but the circuit showed 9.92 Mohm, higher than expected. The RC thermistor was 3.235 Kohm and in line with measured temps. The FC was 18.55. Evap thermistor was 27.2 and dropping after unplugging the unit. All voltages and thermistor readings found within expected values, i exposed the evaporator and I found the evaporator was mostly frost free. The evaporator fan motor would not operate and manually starting did get rotation, but much slower than expected. I removed and replaced the fan motor and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Upon further inspection, I found a large amount of trash that had fallen at the back near the motor and was keeping the drawer from closing all the way. Arrived on site for a cooktop that is not cooking evenly on all burners. Confirm the customers complaint and found two burners not heating correctly. I found the bigger burner was not letting enough gas through and was really really low and the smaller burner was releasing too much flames. Check the orfices and Found the orfices had been swapped accidentally. Fixed the orifice placements and test of the unit again. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to follow up on washer that continues to trip breaker on GFCI outlet. On arrival checked unit for error codes. Found no codes present. Called tech line and spoke with Bruce. Bruce had me check again for voltage from neutral to ground. Found no voltage present. Measured Amp draw during a diagnostic cycle, drain and spin, and also rinse and spin cycle. Voltage did not drop, and Amp draw peaked at 7.2 amps during agitate direction reversal. Customer had run the unit to another outlet as well to see if it would complete cycles. They showed me a picture of an F8E1 error that popped up when it was on the extension cord and outlet. Customer also informed me the unit had shut off during 1 cycle, and had powered off after they had paused it, and had difficulty unlocking several times. I tried to recreate these failures but was not able to verify them. Tech Line said to check the drain for the F8E1 error, as a siphon can also cause that. I did find the drain stuck over a foot into the standpipe, with at least 4-6+ inches submerged. Adjusted the to proper levels. I also advised to have the customer download the whirlpool app to push any software updates. At this time i could not recreate any of the failures found, and breaker was tripped. Since unit is testing good, issue appears to be related to the breaker and electrical in terms of the breaker tripping. Corrected drain length and software updates should assist with any other concerns. At this time unit appears to be working as designed with no further action or repair recommended, and to have an electrician address the breaker. Tech Line case SR77344978705. Call completed."

I found the basket assy to the right and far back in the cabinet, nearly contacting both at rest and a likely contributing factor to the customers complaint. Further inspection revealed the gear case in the early stages of seal failure and oil was beginning to pool in the rotor area. I removed and replaced the gear case, rotor and slider and re-calibrated the unit. Post gear case testing showed the unit operating as designed. I coached the customer on detergent type and amount. The customer advised about a week ago, the unit was in the middle of a cycle and completely shut down. Advised about 15 minutes later it turned itself back on and continue to finish the cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored air codes. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Checked polarity at the wall and found that the hot and the neutral had been reversed. Explain to customer that the most likely cause of their issue is with their electrical supply due to improper voltage being sent to the wrong places. I installed the front rollers for the unit and then when able to remove it, found the compressor operable, but only drawing .6 amps after it ran for 5 minutes. High side discharge at the compressor was 123?F and had /// to 107? at the entry to the condenser. At the left side of the first row, the temperature was down to 91?. I recovered the system and replaced the compressor, service port and dryer. I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. During final leak testing, a very small amount of bubbles formed at the evaporator return section and will need to be replaced. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that seems to be running a lot more than usual. I found the customer had the temps set at 37 degrees in the RC and 2 degrees in the FC. I found the ice bin full. I found the FC temp dropping to -6 degrees and still cooling. I found the FC thermistor resistance at 24.65 Kohms registering -1. The UI has digits missing and I explained to the customer that this can be an issue also. I did find the center of the condenser coil partially packed in dust and hair and it will take compressed air to blow the coil out. I explained to the customer the unit would need to be move outside to blow the coil out. ordrng 1 W11452196 (FC evaporator motor) and 1 Tool (Appliance dolly)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed unit the element was to come on and it failed. I tested amp draw at the junction box and got 0 amps. I removed the outer door panel and found the main control not attached and the molex connector for the element and power source was burnt (photo). I test3d that element and it showed 12.9 ohms. I am ordering the main harness and will return with all prescreened parts. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11027902 (Main harness)"

"Arrived to inspect unit not working. I found the UI had no illumination, but it would react to button presses. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop fan button not working. Upon further inspection, I found the fan switch knob pushed down inside the base. Raised the cooktop and had my customer sign the waiver of damages from removing glass cooktop and removed the cooktop. I found the switch sleeve was broken and the knob shaft was broken causing it to stick and not pop back up. "Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed axels and wheels, attempted the repair but axel clips where not ordered ordering axel clips, customer stated that Ice is not dispensing, inspected door found the switch is not making proper contact with door, temporarily applied 1/4 inch of foil tape, ice is now dispensing but will need new door to fix issue, ordering FC door and axel clips, office to reschedule ; ordrng 2 W11594405 (Axel clip)s and 1 LW10913113 (FC door)"

Unit was moved to vacant 2116. Arrived on for unit not draining and rusted. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found latch not secured. Secured latch and tested.
