"Arrived to inspect door stuck shut and error code. The unit showed F21 steadily upon arrival and the door was stuck shut. The unit had failed several days prior and I had to remove a regular load of clothes water from the tub. I found the drain pump would not engage and upon removal, was able to see the impeller was canted and locked up. After replacing the pump assy, the unit operated as designed

"Arrived on site for dishwasher smoking and tripping breaker. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found the cause failure had been the control board spontaneously combusting and catching fire. Thoroughly inspected rest of unit and found no failures in the motor heating element drain motor or valve. I did find however that the main harness was completely burnt and ruined along with the entire main control board and housing it was put in being completely melted. called and reported findings to safety department and spoke with Steve Sr#7735074782, M14YWV0WL1. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the Fc evap cover engulfed in frost/ice. I checked the bottom of the FC door at the gasket and chassis and found that there is still a gap causing airflow into the freezer section. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested defrost and it is operating as designed. Checked the defrost thermistor and it is good. Contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and provided the SR number and sent another photo of the gap. Andrew advised that the file would be sent for review and attached to the same SR#7734912856. I advised the customer that they would normally hear from someone within 24-48 business hours but due to the holidays, it most likely wont be until the following Monday. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not operating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that whenever he tries to start a load, the unit does nothing. Checked voltage at the wall and found proper voltage with the unit idle. Checked the thermal fuse and found it showing continuity. Tested voltage from line one to neutral When they push to start was pressed and found voltage dropped from 124.4 V down to 1.6 V. Tested voltage on the line two side to neutral and found voltage go from 124.4 V to 244 V. Check voltage at the plug and confirmed the same issue. Advise the customer that his problem is an electrical supply issue and will need to be corrected to fix his issue. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for steam sprayer staying on. Customer stated she never used steam feature. Removed water supply from dryer. Ran ventilation test and found air circulation restricted. Advised to have venting leading to exterior cleared. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not cooling in either compartment. On arrival unit was unplugged. Customer said they had noticed some frost on the evaporator cover, which likely means it had a defrost issue. When I moved the unit to give it power I did find water on the ground, so pan was full. When plugged in unit is cooling properly. I checked the defrost circuit and found the connector for the brown wire for the heater unseated, so heater could not be powered. Repaired connector and tightened. Unit should now be working as designed. Customer advised to leave unit in failure state so we can more accurately troubleshoot if issue returns. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a washer that is still tearing holes in the clothing. I found the wash plate bolt that was tightened on the previous visit still tight. I inspected the entire inside of the basket and wash plate. There are no burrs in the unit. I went ahead and changed the capacitor per techlines recommendation on the previous visit just in case it is breaking down during use. Before replacing the capacitor I tested it again and it showed 45mf. I ran a calibration and a diagnostics cycle. The unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. No water leaks were present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived on site and found customer intermittently experiences drain error. Found both dishwashers are sharing a drain connector to garbage disposal and there is also a reverse osmosis system training here as well. Showed customer that This is likely the cause of their experience. Left dishwasher also does not have a high drain loop. Reverse almost this train will need to be relocated. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not filling with water. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the unit in manual filling and found both hot and cold not pulling in any water. Checked water pressure on the cold water valve and found proper water pressure. Checked water pressure on the hot water valve and found no water coming through whether the valve is open or not. Went ahead and replace the water valve but did explain to the customer of that without hot water, she may still encounter issues. Advise the customer to try the unit on top cold for the short period until they get their hot water supply issue fixed. Tested the unit and diagnostics and was able to get cold water to flow properly through the washer. All other functions of the unit were working as designed. The unit is now working as designed. "Arrived on site to follow up on washer that leaked immediately following service. I thoroughly examined the area in and around the washer for leaks. I found no water leaks in the rear of the unit or the drain. I found water and soap trails coming from the bellow area due to large amount of crust and hair on the door and bellow. I ran the unit with the lid off and checked for leaks. Found a slight drip coming from the steam box pressure hose around the clamp. I adjusted the clamp to stop the leak. I also cleaned the bellow to allow for a better seal. I ran multiple cycles including a clean washer cycle for over an hour and did not get any other leaks from the unit. Unit had a large amount of suds, likely due to old soap buildup which can get in the pressure line and trigger the IE error. TG also informed the customer of the very low pressure he verified at times during the cycles, which needs a plumber to resolve. Low pressure can also trigger the IE error, which is a pressure / water error. Advised customer to run cleaning cycles to remove soap buildup and unit should return to normal function. At time of service completion there were no codes or leaks found. Call completed."

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I evacuated the system and then removed and replaced the compressor, service port and dye drier. I vacuumed the system and found inconsistencies with readings and then pressurized the system and tested. After finding no leaks in either evaporator or within any accessible tubing, I re-vacuumed and then charged the system. The unit started cooling and I advised the customer to contact us if there are further issues. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts to resolve dead microwave. I checked voltage at the control and was able to find a reading of 120, but unit would not power on. I checked and also found 91v at neutral. Replaced the control and filter board. I checked the outlet and found its only reading 82v on my voltage tester. I tested the unit on another outlet and found it working as designed with no issues. Microwave outlet is bad, causing the unit not to work properly. Advised customer to have an electrician come out and fix the outlet, and can use the unit on an extension cord. Unit now working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived to inspect ice dispensing continuously. I found the actual issue with the unit was the auger motor for the ice bin was that part running and the ice being dumped out was actually due to the pressure of the ice from the auger and not from being commanded open by the UI. I tested at P13 of the main board and found a closed circuit to the auger motor at all times, allowing line VAC to pass through anytime the door switch was closed. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly in either compartment. I found out the unit is getting partially cold in the FC but the RC is at room temp except at the bottom. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning dishes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the drain screen is missing and the lower spray arm is not attached and the unit is not cleaning the dishes well. I inspected the unit and found the screen missing and the lower spray arm not attached properly. Re-attached the spray arm and placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1-incoming water temps too low. I cleared the code and continued with testing. I tested amp draw at the harness mat the junction box and found the element is showing 7-9amps during wash and drying cycles of diagnostics. All of the other components are within amp draw range as well. Customer advised that they have a water softener system. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use (see photo of LBH). No water leaks observed during service. Arrived onsite for a freezer with the over temp light staying on. I checked the temp inside the freezer and found it at 0 degrees and the over temp light was on. I could not get the over temp light to reset using the control. I cycled power and was able to get it to reset and turn off. The customer stated that they did reset the light but after about three hours it had come back on. The customer stated that nothing in the freezer has ever thawed or become soft. I explained to the customer that I would order another control and to monitor and see if the light comes back on. If it doesnt turn back on then it should be good and the call should be cancelled. Spoke with tech line and they recommended replacing control board. After replacing powermax control nothing changed. If bake is started with door open it will ignite but as soon as door is closed gfci trips. Same with convection bake. Broil, and convection roast work fine and do not trip gfci. Arrived on site to test unit for not keeping temps properly. Tested unit and found no issues with unit. Advised against using hanging thermometers as they cannot keep up with temp fluctuations. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. On arrival found the pump was not working. Installed the pump and tested unit. Got a H20 error pulled the unit back out and found the hose was pinched. I put the unit back in diagnostics mode and was looking for water leaks and noticed water streaming in the right back corner. On inspection found that the unit had a seam that was leaking at the top right corner. Informed the customer that the dishwasher tub needed to be replaced. Ordering a new tub W11409865. There were water leaks detected during service. 3rd party warranty needs to approve the parts. ; ordrng 1 W11409865 (Tub) and 1 W11537778 (Heating element)

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not draining. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found that issue was actually wash motor failed. Unit does fill and drain. Diagnostics showed 4/3 motor failure and confirmed with test. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11025157 (Sump and motor) and 1 W10906426 (Control)

Arrived on site to diagnose a cooktop with a burner not lighting. Found ignitor clip missing and it will need to be replaced to complete repairs. Office to set return appointment. ; ordrng 1 8286863 (Clip)

"Arrived on site for a wall oven that wont turn on. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will turn on but the inside buttons inside of the white screen will not work. Did confirm that the home button, light button, and menu options button were functional but The inner screen would not except any selections. Checked wiring and found all wiring secured and connected. The unit will need a new user interface for repair. Checked voltage to the actuator in had 5VDC, checked the cap and it was 45.7u found error F7E5 Installed new actuator. Tested again still no spin cycle.
