"Arrived on site to inspect range oven leaking gas. Upon further inspection, I tested the oven bake and the cooktop burners and after testing, I could smell the strong odor of propane. I pulled the unit out and using my liquid gas leak detector, I tested the regulator and the gas line for leaks. I found the regulator leaking near the regulator harness (photo). I removed and replaced the regulator and checked all connections for leaks and found none. Retested the unit and it is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing water/making ice. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found no water passing through manifold during tests even with proper water pressure from cutoff applied. Replaced manifold and fold inlet valve still not allowing water to pass through once manifold issue was resolved. Replaced inlet valve. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the compressor, dryer, and coupler and ran nitrogen through the system up to 120 psi. Found no visible leaks present. Vacuum down the unit to -31 psi and found the pressure hold for 15 minutes. Charge the unit up with 68 g of R600 and tested the unit. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a loose handle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise the freezer door handle could not be tighten down using an Allen wrench and does they called in for service. Did find that the holes on the handle had not been properly drilled through. Used my drill to screw through the screws and reconnect the handle. Tested the unit and now the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint is that washer makes noises sometimes. Entered diagnostics and found stored error code F7E1. Ran a calibration cycle and then ran a diagnostics cycle. Unit sounds to be operating as designed. Tilted unit backwards and inspected the belt and it felt stretched out. I found the chassis incorrectly leveled and after correcting, the door closed as designed. Arrived onsite for a washer that the water temp is reversed. Ms stated that when the washer is set on the cold setting there was steam coming out of the door causing the console to sweat. I found the hoses reversed at the fill valve. I found the customers hot water wall valve handle missing and I could not get a wrench on the stem because the two wall valves are so close together. I advised the customer to call a plumber and have new style wall valves put in and have them reverse the hoses at the washer. I advised once that is done to use the machine and then if there was still an issue to call us back. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for burner not getting hot enough. On inspection found the big burner had a 75 orifice installed, there was 165 laying in the orifice tray. Installed it and it was to much flame. "Arrived on site and inspected freezer and found at this time it is quiet, customer has a video of it making a rattling noise while running. Customer says noise is intermittent. Inspected compressor and found mastic has come off and Capillary tube is very close to dryer. It could possibly be vibrating together. Repositioned both and added mastic back. Also inspected evaporator and fan and did not see any issues here. Customer says they are able to stop vibration by putting a hand on the door. Set front seat down lifting up freezer. Arrived onsite for washer that is showing the ul error code on any sized load. Upon arrival I ran a quick wash cycle with some clothes in the unit and found that the unit operated as designed. I checked the suspension and found that they where good. The drain pump had good water flow at time of testing and the drain hose was installed properly. I advised cx on detergent use as over sudsing could cause the symptoms she made known time at this time (sd showing up at times when using the unit and the cloths not spinning out properly). I gained access to the microwave control and tested relay 4903, I found the relay opening and power being sent to the inverter. I tested the neutral line from the filter board to the inverter and found continuity, indicating the secondary switch, and thermostat are good. I gained access to the magnetron and found it not shorted to chassis and the terminals are reading properly. I installed the new inverter and retested the unit. The new inverter is bad and is throwing a fault code. I am ordering a new inverter.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a photo of the water on the floor at the front right center area. I pulled the unit out and inspected the drain tubes and both were clear of debris. Removed the front toeplate and found dry water streaks on the inside of the toeplate on the right side. I removed the bottom drawer in the RC section and found a small amount of water at the bottom of the RC section and so,e at the bottom right side of the evsp drip pan. I removed the fan scroll and did not see any signs of frost build up. Reassembled the unit and recommended that the customer get photos of the bottom of the fan scroll/evsp cover if the unit leaks again. When removing the drawers from the RC section, I found the snack pan had a broken wheel and was difficult to remove. Also found a small dent near the bottom center section of the FC door (photo). Customer advised they have an open maintenance list with the builder and the door is on the list. I am ordering the snack pan and scheduled return service. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water during cleaning cycle. Upon further inspection, I found the unit pulled out of its space with the hot water hot disconnected. Customer moved the dryer and placed the washer back in its space to test. I reattached the hot water hose and placed unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and monitored the underside of the unit (bottom of drum, drain pump/hoses, and found no signs of a leak during testing. I removed the back panel and found where water/detergent and leaked onto the chassis and down the back panel to the bottom right corner of the unit (photos). I removed the front panel and inspected the drain pump, hoses and bellow and found no signs of leaks. Customer advised they have a water softener system and provided samples of the cleaner and detergents they use. I found the cleaner was too much for a water softener system and it possibly causing too many suds and causing the water to leak out the vent tube at the top of the drum and go to the back of the unit. I recommended the customer cut the cleaner in half and try a cleaning cycle and if the unit leaks again to contact our office and schedule service. Arrived on site for wall oven giving f8e1 only when both/lower (only also) ovens were used. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found during diagnostics tests lower fan motor continuously failing to stay at steady speed even with proper power supply. I installed required motor. Reassembled and tested both ovens. Found no issues after 30 minutes of run time.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave venthood light. Upon further inspection, I found the bulb had broken free from the base and the base was still inside the socket. I removed the old base and installed a new bulb and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not draining. Upon further inspection, I found the dryer stacked on top of the washer located in the garage (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-long drain. Cleared the code and continued with testing and when the drain pump came on at the beginning of diagnostics, I could hear that it was struggling to drain the water from the unit. I canceled testing and pulled the unit out and removed the back panel to gain access to the drain pump. I removed the drain pump filter and found a large amount of debris inside the filter (photo). I removed the debris and re-installed the filter and retested and unit is operating as designed. I secured the drain hose at the drain pipe (photo). No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I heard the unit attempt to cycle and fill and the ice that was dropped was hollow and very wet, indicating a likely short-cycled ice production. The RC measured at 33? and was set to 42. I removed the water supply line and found a large amount of debris from the supply within the home. I flushed with approximately five gallons of water and found no more visible signs of debris. I noted the ice maker would short cycle after about 10 minutes repeatedly. I R/Rd the ice maker and tested. The CX requested the filter and I added it to the charge. I added a 6? offset increase to both the FC and RC chambers. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the unit turned off. Turned on and placed in diagnostics. Tested the unit and found the recirculating pump is bad. I removed and replaced the recirculating pump and retested and unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the hub assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Advised the customer that if any further issues persist, they would need a new gear case and transmission assembly and will be liable for the additional repair cost of they choose to continue repair

Arrived on site and replaced all led modules per service pointer W11606409 using s-code S84638. Unit now working as designed.

"Arrived on site for no ice. Checked wires at door harness found no damage to wires,ran diagnostics thermistor test passed,bucket test passed,ran harvest test passed dumped ice,ran fill test passed icemaker filled with water. Found no issues with icemaker in diagnostic test.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator door popping open consistently. Found door needed adjustment and liner near hing had snapped causing a structural binding that tended to prevent the door from closing consistently. Adjusted level and lubricated the binding. Unit is now operating as designed and closing consistently.

Arrived on site for poor washing performance. Found weak wash motor and drain tube clogged with grease . wash motor and drain tube . also unit is not heating up and control is no longer available. No water leaks detected at time of service.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator making noises. Inspected unit and work area. Tested unit and found a bad filter housing and a bad filter. Gained access to replace filter housing and replaced it. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer error codes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that theyve had two other repair companies service the unit and could not repair the unit and advised that previous techs disassembled the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E2. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I performed another diagnostics test and again the unit operated as designed. I tested the unit in a timed dry mode for 10 mins and the unit operated as designed. I tested one more time in diagnostics and timed dry mode and the unit continued to operate properly. I contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the compliant, prior service, and my findings. Andrew advised that the float switch might have been stuck, but if the unit is operating properly, not to replace any parts. Provided SR#7735140500. I advised the customer of my conversation with tech support and recommended that they dry a load and see what happens. Advised that if the unit fails again to contact our office and schedule service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the unit not cooling and I pressurized to 140 psi and monitored. Seeing no change in 10 minutes, I lowered the pressure to 120 so I could monitor on both gauges accurately, for an additional 10 minutes. Seeing no change, I thoroughly swept the system from both directions with nitrogen and R/Rd the compressor and vacuumed to 340 microns. Holding vacuum for an additional 15 minutes, I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. The unit cooled as designed. No leaks observed during service. Arrived onsite for all burners on high and no adjustment. Upon arrival inspected unit. Made adjustment to all burners so that flame transitions from low to high. Burners are now functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived onsite and replaced freezer door. Also found that an additional possible cause could be that 5e humidity control was not on and there was condensation collecting and dripping off of the mullion into the freezer door switch housing. Turned on humidity control. All checks good.

Arrived onsite and tested microwave for not heating properly. Preemptively secured interlocks due to evidence of normal loosening of the mounting screws. Tested mug with 2 cups of water and unit heated water sufficiently in the first minute boiled water within 3 minutes. Advised on findings and repair of the interlocks. All checks good. Unit is operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not operating properly, customer stated that cycles would end but clothes inside would be wet and covered in suds, system would tell her to do cleaning cycles back to back but still suds are present, tested unit found no error codes in system ran diagnostics cycle, all components are functioning properly, customer has a water softener causing excessive suds, showed customer how to adjust detergent dispenser settings, unit has a automatic dispenser that cant be removed so customer cant manually adjust detergent, advised customer to Dilute detergent 50/50 with water, run a clean cycle with vinegar and also a empty cycle to clear out all excessive soda buildup in tub, customer will call us back if no improvement, at this time job complete"
