Upon further inspection I found that there was ice buildup in the evap and the thermistor black with corrosion which can cause defrost issue. I also found that the drain tube was filed with ice as well. I removed the ice and made sure the filter head didnt have and leaks it did not. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seems to stall after the wash cycle and will not continue further. They advised that they can put the unit into a rinse and spin but it takes a long time to complete. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) error code. Tested the cold water valve and found extremely low water volume coming into the unit. Tested the hot water valve and found proper water flow. Remove the cold water hose off the back of the valve and tested water flow through the drain pipe and found proper water flow. . The customer agreed to the repair for now but advised that he would be looking at potentially replacing as washer depending on pricing. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker approximately 1/4 full. I tested temps in the FC=9 degrees. While testing temps, I noticed the unit shut off and came back on and the UI showed PO error. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested in test 04. The operated as designed. I found ice at the bottom of the RC evap cover. I tested the thermistors and found the RC thermistor out of range. I tested the fans and both are functioning properly. I am ordering the fan scroll, thermistor kit, Hv control and UI and office to schedule return service. I recommended that the customer unplug the unit approximately 24-48 hours before I return and place towels around the unit to absorb any water that might leak. Arrived on site for a range that has surface burners that are not working. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that one of the screws came loose out of her infinite switch and she did not know how to put it back on. Reattach the screws to the infinite switch and tested the burner. The burner began to work and operate as designed. Tested all other burners and the customer advise the left front and the right front burners were having issues. She advised the left front burner did not turn off and will just stay on a high heat without turning off or regardless of setting. She also advised the right front burner will shut off within 10 seconds and will cycle back on and off but will not get anything hot. I did confirm both of those issues with the cooktop and Im gonna need infinite switches for both parts. Found the left front burner infinite switch was an out of stock and PSP item. Ordering the left front infinite switch and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item.; ordrng 1 WPW10434452 (Left front infinite switch)

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon further inspection, I tested the airflow using my vent test kit and the first two,tests failed (photos). I retested without the vent tube connected at the back of the unit and it passed (photos). I demonstrated for my customer as well and explained the test and airflow. I removed the back panel and found the fuse, thermostat and cutoffs were good. The element tested good, but when I removed it to inspect, I found the middle metal plate was badly warped and it was a matter of time before it failed. I removed and replaced the element and tested. I recommended that the customer have their vents checked/cleaned before using the unit. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave making a popping noise and stopped heating. Upon further inspection, i tested the microwave with my tester and found it not getting any heat. I pulled the unit out onto my oven dolly and removed the top panel. I found soot on the underside of the panel in the area where the control sits (photo). I gained access to the magnetron, capacitor and diode and tested. Found parts good. I tested the switches and all tested good, but the receptacles are badly burnt. Before I removed the switches I researched the interlocks and found them discontinued. I reassembled the unit and discussed my findings with the customer and advised that all controls and interlocks are discontinued.

I found the unit on the new style GFCI breaker and the dryer is not wired correctly for them. I found one of the terminal block screws stripped. MS also stated they dented the top when it was installed because someone stood on it. I replaced the block and wired the unit correctly. I tested the machine and it is working as designed. I knocked the dent out of the top. I explained to the customer there are two small spots where the top was creased from them putting their knees on it and that cannot be repaired without replacing the entire top."

Arrived on site for a wall oven that is flashing an F8 E0 (low cooling fan under speed) error code. Inspected unit and worked area. Did confirm the customers complaint in diagnostics and attempted to test cooling fan. Could not get the cooling fans error. Check voltage to the cooling fan and found proper voltage. Replaced cooling fan and tested the unit. Ran the unit up to 350?F and did not have any error codes. Customer then request that we bump it up to 425?F and just double check. "Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Heated the gasket for 15 minutes to straighten out. Installed the gasket on to the right door. CX said that the door open sensor is coming on when the door is closed. On inspection found ice build up on the right side front of freezer door. I found a small piece of foam that had expanded out of the right lower section of the freezer. There was so much ice buildup that the door could not close correctly. I removed the foam in checked the gasket and found a gap with the flashlight. I used the heat gun and reshaped the gasket back to factory form. Checked for gaps again and there was no more gap. Informed the CX to keep and Eye on ice buildup on the right side of the freezer, if it returns need to replace the freezer gasket."

Continued with testing and during agitation, I could hear what sounded like the gears slipping.
